I usually go to the Willow Street location but stopped into the Manheim one because it was on the way. As usual, the staff provided me with excellent and prompt service! They are knowledgeable on their products and extraordinarily friendly! I've really enjoyed my Zombi cartridges from Smooth, and I look forward to coming back! Kudos to Cameron and Sam!

Smooth Vape has become my go-to when I need anything. Cameron, especially, has really been helpful for the past year or so I’ve been coming here. He knows what I like & is familiar with what I’m looking for, & he’s always knowledgeable of new items & items that are on sale & within the price range of what I’m willing to pay.

Aye this place was exactly what I've been looking for! We just scooted in from myrtle beach where vape shops are a dime a dozen and when we came here there was nothing! Til I found this place! The guy with the beard and the dude with the bun had great vibes and made us feel welcome. They carry the brand I've been searching high and low for too and in more flavors than I've seen even at the beach. Thanks for being here yall! ❤️

I visited the store in Manheim today to buy a vape and Carlos was working , He was very busy at the time but still made time for what I wanted , he asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for and was very helpful in helping me choose the right vape for mewe set the vape up and he had me try it before leaving , I was very happy

First time in my impression was this is a nice, well put together and organized establishment with a very friendly atmosphere. Jackie and Scott made me feel very at home and were also quite helpful with making a selection, will definitely be back again ?

My fiance and I stopped there and wanted to get salt nic vape juice. We waited for the person to finish with the customer that was there prior to us. After waiting 13 minutes for that, some one walked in while she was ringing the other customer up. After she finished she proceeded to help the guy that walked in after us, and then us. It was super frustrating because we waited patiently, and all we needed was vape juice, we knew exactly what kind, and what we needed. It was very rude and frustrating. That is why I left a 2 star review.
