Absolutely love this business and will continue to patronize any chance we get. Kim is a great person and worked on our van tirelessly to fix the a/c late into the night so we would be able to make it to my grandmother's funeral. Due to a manufacturing defect in the replacement part the job had to be done twice and Kim fought with the manufacturer to have them replace the part immediately and fixed it for us a second time at the cost of the manufacturer. I trust this business completely. He was determined to get us back up and running and we would have paid way more at a dealership which would have taken much longer.

This man is amazing. Worked in my van for hours to get it done when I needed it and then when a new part failed he made the company replace it immediately and got it done within a day. We will continue going to him for everything we need. Great guy.Services: Brakes

Since I found out about Kim's Cars Southside, it's the only place that I will ever go again to have my car fixed. This place features honest mechanics, who aren't going to lie to you and tell you that something is wrong that isn't. Every single thing that I have had fixed at Kims, has been done efficiently, and honestly had to be done. I feel very comfortable with whatever they tell me is wrong with the car because I absolutely believe them. I had my car somewhere else in the past and was told that almost $1,000 worth of work had to be done due to having several problems going on. I went to Kim's and it was that only two simple things were needed to be done in order to pass inspection, and none of it cost me anywhere near $1,000 to fix. It's nice to go somewhere where you know you're not getting screwed over, and get excellent service every time!
