I ordered from Enwild for the first time recently and noticed a couple little things (entirely my fault) and their customer service has been amazing. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and returning as a customer as the need arises.

Check out the Youtube reviews. They were very helpful for finding this outfitter, as a matter of fact, that's how I found them. The products are reviewed in detail, they’re very knowledgeable, and they answered all my questions. They’re excellent and they're located here in the Mid-Atlantic.Great communication once your order is confirmed, very fast delivery. I got the best price for my Big Agnes Sidewinder sleeping bag here. The discount emails keep coming, discreetly with taste, no high pressure sales. I definitely like this crew, It’s like being in a outfitter store but on the Web. Will definitely check with them first next time I need to buy gear.

My experience in dealing with Enwild has been wonderful. I ordered a Deuter Kid Comfort Active SL. It was offered at a great price and it arrived within a week from when I placed the order. There was a minor issue with my order (the seat adjuster was not holding right) and Morgan, the customer service rep, went above and beyond to get it sorted out. He was pleasant, easy to get a hold of, and made the whole thing seamless. He even emailed me after business hours to assure me things were sorted out. I've never had a better customer service experience than this.

I live near St. Louis, MO. I've called and spoken with Morgan and Miranda separately. They were nice and so helpful. They should get raises for how hard they worked to help me. Unfortunately, my back order had to be cancelled, because they weren't ordering any more mittens in my size. I'm bummed out, because Enwild had the best price, because of their discount. I can order directly from the brand. I might wait until next year to buy from Enwild. Thanks for all your help.I was born at Magee Women's Hospital in October 1971. My family drove to Pittsburgh, PA, every summer to visit my grandma when I was a kid. I went to preschool in Pittsburgh.

Great prices and availability, but what really set them above everyone else is their customer service. I placed an order at night and apparently was an issue with my shipping address on their end, and one of their techs called me to resolve the issue the next morning, and shipped it that afternoon. I was also using VPN and they asked me to verify order details to confirm there wasn't any fraud which was very courteous and respectable. Will definitely order with them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.

they had the best price on the Biolite 2 bundle and when i called to ask product questions they were very well versed on their products. The best part is when the delivery date by UPS kept changing i talked to Audrey G Gear Specialist who took the extra step to follow up with ups. Their level of quality and staff makes them a great place for camping and outdoor products.....

Excellent service. The item was delivered superfast. The item was good quality but I returned it for other reasons. Customer service was excellent. I would shop here first before I shop other places. I would also recommend them to friends looking for outdoor gear.

Excellent customer service. Ordered the wrong shoe online but called within an hour or so to switch shoe styles. Rep. could not have been more cordial and accommodating. The change was quick and I was still able to use the online discount. Could not have been more pleased.
