Very poor interaction. The front desk lady seems so annoyed all the time. When she gets back from lunchshe makes you wait forever. Tells you to do one thing and then changes her mind on another. If you don't like your job and dealing with people get another one that you will be very happy with . .

I had a great experience here on a Friday close to lunch time. Luckily, there was no one in the waiting room when I arrived. I was called back quickly after the current customer left. The tech was efficient and very good at her job - not painful at all.

Worst service ever. They have computer problems in several other Lab Corps in the area. So everyone is being sent to Malvern. They should send more techs if other area Lab Corp are closed. Stupid way to run things.

Very easy check in,mennisha the nurse tech is very professional and you can talk with her as shes doing her job,i never had any issues coming to this office

Menisha (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was super pleasant, fun, and awesome. We didn’t have an appointment and she got us in right away. She handled the waiting room like a star. She was the only one working, checking in, and drawing blood, and directing a lightbulb contractor all with a smile on her face. Her blood draw was super challenging because I had my almost 2 year old with me, but she directed us on where to go and what to do, and the blood draw itself was so fast and not in the least bit painful. Love her! Thank you so much for getting us in!

They are always very efficient and effective, I always feel like my time and needs are valued. More often than not, I don't have written papers, and they are able to set up and find all necessary tests quickly and they're all preformed professionally.

I walked-in for blood test today and the service is good. I liked the staff too. I agree that it was not like this before when I came around 7 months back. The service and professionalism has improved.

My sons doctor told us to go here to get blood work to find out why he was ill, she told me I shouldn’t be there because he was currently sick and she threw a fit saying he shouldn’t be there while sick, if he wasn’t sick I wouldn’t need the blood work, it could’ve been cancer for all she knew which isn’t contagious and it was very unprofessional and mean and that behavior only adds to the stress that the patients are already feeling.

Worst ever behavior I received when I took by 11 months old daughter for blood test. The technician needs to be trained on how to interact professionally with customers. Being rude while calling inside the door, pointing to a room of service without looking at the customer, asking to come in to another room while another person just finished their test (we had to ask to whom she was calling in because she was calling us from room 1 while we were at room 2, how are we supposed to know if she was asking us to come in to room 1, a professional tech would come to the room we were in and ask us to switch places). When in room 1, she asked me , verbatim "whoever is holding the baby should sit here" it was clear it was me who is holding my baby. During the preparation, I requested her to be quick when drawing blood because baby would start to cry, and she replied "Don't rush me", I did not mean to rush her, I just meant to avoid my baby watching a longer duration of her blood draw, any parents would do that. She tied my daughter's arm so tight, it was getting blue within minutes. Labcorp should train this technician professionalism. Nobody expects this behavior, we are paying for our service.

I have been with Labcorp from a while and never had such a bad reception. Wish I had done this appt somewhere else. Very unprofessional and unwarranted behavior from the staff personnel. Do yourself a favor and see a different location.

Whenever i book an appointment at this place, its a mystery whether I’ll get my labs done or not until the last moment.Sometimes, their computer is not working.. other times, the phlebotomist is missing for a good amount of time.. prefer to go to other location if you can.
