Great experience with Bill and his team! I’m sure everyone feels like their car takes the cake for most messy and in need of detailing, but ours was truly a disaster!! I can’t believe what an amazing job they did. The car looks and smells brand new. Most importantly, Bill was responsive and accommodating, and stayed right on my budget. 5/5 service and work!

This is the second time I have used Illusions and both times the vehicle came back looking brand new. They cleaned it top to bottom and front to back and it looks perfect- they even clean the engine. I will use them again for sure and I highly recommend them.

Awesome job on what was basically a ruined Toyota Crosse with cloth interior. When I took it to Illusions, I can only describe its condition as trashed. There was old spilled baby formula, ground in food and chocolate on the floor and in the seats, and sticky candy stuff everywhere. It was disgusting. When I got it back, it smelled nice and there was no evidence of any of the damage that been done. Illusions also magically got rid of about a 12 inch black scrape on the outside of the vehicle. I really appreciate the ability to drop off late after work as well. Thank you!!

This was my first car detail ever, and now I see no reason to go anywhere else. Bill and Eric took AMAZING care of my car. They got me in last minute, filed down a nail glue stain, and they fixed my cup holder. The best customer service. I've told several of my friends and family and thought I would share.

The folks at Illusions did a fantastic job detailing my older GMC. A years worth of dog hair removed from the carpets without a strand left! And they completed the job exactly as promised! I'd highly recommend them to anyone with a vehicle in need of a serious clean.

Bill and Eric did an amazing job on my car with a full interior and exterior detail. They were very friendly and provided the best customer service. They were very transparent in all the steps involved - I even received pictures during the process. They definitely are well experienced and have a passion for the work. Excellent detail place! But Not a good idea to get the audio done here though. Too many runarounds and if you aren't a high roller dealership you won't be able to afford their audio packages. They'll look amazing but go elsewhere for realistic audio prices.

My car was in desperate need of detailing. My 100 pound dog is a frequent passenger and even though I have a seat protector, his fur is everywhere. Not to mention nose window art and drooling. ? I had low expectations but somehow Eric performed a miracle!!! Honestly, the car looks better than when it was new. I highly recommend Illusions for detailing, you won’t be disappointed!!Services: Steam cleaning
