AVOID AT ALL COST!Basically I would give a rating of ZERO if it were available. Not only did I have to endure over 3 hours to get the vehicle causing me to be late for a wedding, I completed the survey sharing the toothpick issue and extreme wait times (managers were nowhere to be found). The survey was in March, the email to the EXECUTIVE OFFICE was July 1st and again in August before I got Ms. Jones on the phone. Sadly, I was disconnected 4x and got another "sorry". Believe it or not a week after the rental Hertz fraudulently charged me an additional $80 for gas when the tank was full and the gentleman who checked in the vehicle checked it for gas and damage and then sent me my receipt for an additional $1.55 who knows for what though. My bank had to get involved to get the money issues resolved!Again Ms. Jones says this is just another human error. I don't know about you, but reputable companies MUST take responsibility for their Human errors and do right by the customer. When I requested a credit for not only the fraudulent activity, the violation of Covid19 protocol, and the lack of follow-though from the executive office - Ms. Jones - said "I spoke to you that is all we are going to do for you".I have already shared this experience with my friends (investors) and have not intention to invest in any company that doesn't stand by their errors nor make it right for their customer.

This Hertz is embedded in Sloane Toyota of Malvern. The nice thing is that Sloane pays the rental fee if you're having your car serviced. You still have to pay for any extra insurance & refueling, if you choose. I had a rental for less than a day, and Hertz charged me two day's worth of fuel and insurance. Still no response from them about the overcharging. Very displeased. The only reason I gave this 2 stars was for convenience.

I never thought it had to come to this, but I am writing this review to share my experience in hopes that I can save someone the frustration and headache not just this location, but Hertz as a company created for me. If you look at the star rating for this location, there is a reason for why it is low. And believe me, I am the first one to give a location the benefit of the doubt and still give a location a try in spite of their low rating, but this is the first time that I would say that the low rating matches your expectations. Customer service is certainly not in their vocabulary. What's worst is that you do not get ANY support at the Corporate level, which that in itself is disbelieving, but true! I encountered an issue with the billing and first tried to rectify the issue at the location. When the location refused to address the issue, I took the issue up to Corporate, expecting support. To my disappointment, the Corporate contact was as awful as the location. To say the least, we walked away from the relationship, but Hertz never took responsibility for what was a common sense issue, but instead decided to placed me on a DNR list and give slanderous reasons for their decision. Believe me, I know their rates are lower than their competitors, but if cost is more important to you than your mental health, I would say go with Hertz. Otherwise, do some digging and you will find rates comparable to Hertz, maybe slightly higher, but guess what? You have your mental sanity. I hope this helps someone. Be Blessed

Rude customer service, lack of good cars, most of the times car is not serviced and alarming for service. Usually no upgrade even for Presidential circles customer... and me and my colleagues have the same experience multiple times with this location. Sometimes we don't have other locations near by so it is the only option and they take advantage of the same....
