So far I am impressed! I made an appointment with Terra to have my car checked in two days. I started my vehicle and Noah, the mechanic, ran to my car and told me it really didn't sound safe to be driving, and he fixed most of my car issue right then! Terra and Noah were kid and courteous and from now on nobody else touches my car!

I went in for a notary, and the lady was super nice. The guys hanging around inside were pretty smiley, too. My son enjoyed looking at the fishtank, and was given a little trinket that made his day. Y'all really helped me out during a tight spot. Thank you!

It has taken me a few weeks to put pen to paper regarding my review of TWISTED METAL in Carleton Place, Ontario. This is due to my desire to share these genuine,thoughtful and absolute QUALITY Of Life Standards, this business has provided from greetings to final wave farewell.In May of 2022 (after the twister), our dear Olive(Ram) sustained various battle scars and debris dents.She was a 14 month old, earned, precious and cherished by her owners ... nomads....The damage although extensive relatively minor ...It was unsettling and not cool to see Olive so scarred....We discovered a shop Twisted Metal in Carleton Place and dropped by in Olive for a meet up.Immediately, upon meeting Kurt(twisted magician), I felt the personal connection and complete his empathy regarding truck damages. I was with my Dave, yet, Kurt thoughtfully and respectfully addressed, explained, assured, instructed and comforted me DIRECTLY, a truly refreshing business standard, that is often ignored.Phil(one wing) appeared and with precision, knowledge and professionalism documented and described all damage estimates, turns out Phil is a master navigator for the insured party and was able to handle the insurance claim info entirely on my behalf. A true gift of Twisted Service!I left Olive in Twisted Metals Shop hands and insurance company in touch with the shop.I had a rental truck reserved, the parts in shop and Olive got the most INCREDIBLE, PROFFESSIONAL, STUNNING ADMIRABLE and So Damn PLEASING Cosmetic Surgery EVER!!!!!Both Phil and Kurt were at the doctor's office when I picked her up... getting fresh bandaids, (we phoned later and they are both ROCKSTARS!)However, the lads in the shop were stellar ambassadors for The Shop Standards of Excellence.Honestly, the humans,in this shop, are exactly how I try to live in return!Trust me, TWISTED METAL untwists more than metal and they care about humans and vehicles in they same: Profesional, compassionate, genuine,Quality,Cool Catz kinda way we can only hope is the way of our world ?A zillion Stars ?Out of10!?1️⃣0️⃣✴️4️⃣

They sold a garbage car to a friend and pretended to repair it as problems arose. I operated it and experienced it all with him. Had to send State Police inspection unit to investigate. Do not trust these guys.

I have a certified KIA that I bought from Alexander Kia that has a warranty. I went to Kia and they tried to tell me I needed a muffler. Keep in mind the issue I was having was in the engine. After 3 weeks of getting no where with Kia I went to Twisted Metal Garage. They said it was the alternator and they ordered one and put it on and my car is fine and no more knocking noise. Would definitely recommend them

Ryan and the other guy (I forget his name) actually took the time to research and figure out why my engine light was on. Once they figured it out, they fixed it immediately. The last garage I went to just referred me to Ford, which charge way too much for labor. Thank you for taking the time to figure things out and get my car fixed. It didn’t cost as much as I thought it would too.I didn’t need a Ford garage after all!Service: General repairs & maintenance
