It was my first time shopping at this Ace Hardware store and while it was clean and orderly it wasn't busy in fact I was only one of four customers in the store shopping and the employees who out numbered the customers seemed to be bored to the point of fighting to avoid falling asleep waiting for shoppers .
The only negative reviews I can give the store is the prices of the merchandise.
While the quality of the products seem good the high prices would direct shoppers to take their business to Lowe's or Walmart.
For example, I priced cordless adjustable window blinds and the only brand in stock and its quality was comparable to what is sold at Walmart and whereas Ace is selling them for $13.99 for the 31.5 in. x 61in. I've bought them at $6.95 for an apartment in the past at Walmart and given today's cost of living and inflation customers would opt paying half price at Walmart or its home improvement store Lowe's versus Ace Hardware.

Nope as helpful as i aspected. They have been great for most of everything needed. Not 2day. I even ask a few employees, they had no clue if they carried a single in line
Surg protector for a single AC unit.
Sad.........

They had all I needed without going to a big box store for some projects in the basement. Carl was super helpful and I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for having a smile and very useful tips.

this place is honestly a huge joke and has been since day one LMAO not a soul in SIGHT to help at all, EVER mind you!!! and the ones that you hunt down don’t know what they’re talking about. funny how when it’s time to close up that’s when the entire staff magically appears to ask if you’re okay, absolute JOKE, and get some people in there that actually enjoy their job and have a positive attitude??unfortunately ace is close and convenient, hence why i had to visit today. also took multiple visits and returns/exchanges (because no one wants to do their job and help!) and in the end, we got nothing but our money back!! ? one more time, they’re a JOKE!!! thank you for listening to my rant :)

They harass customers.Every time I stop in here the one lady follows me around. She's not being courteous or anything. Just stalking me like I'm doing something wrong.I avoid shopping here because of the unfriendly staff. If you're an older guy, they're probably really nice. But if you're under 35 and don't look like a contractor, get ready to be profiled by the psycho manager lady.

Just down the road from New Hope Ministries Littlestown location, the Ace store is handy repair job materials. Clean & bright inside with helpful staff.
