“Everything was great EXCEPT for the gentleman Justin that answers calls and gives information, both times I called (once to get info and book and once prior to returning the truck) he left out a lot of pertinent information. He was very nice and pleasant tho. Enterprise worked with me but still it was very frustrating and stressful when I was asked for payment for the $300 security deposit. And can use only a major credit card, which I did not have b/c I do not take them if I do not need them. Otherwise was a fine trip.”
