“I've worked with a lotta post offices in the SE PA area. This is the best I've had experience with, bar none. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They understand my needs as a decent sized customer and make my life easy. I really couldn't ask for more. My total incoming/outgoing volume is around 600 packages a year for perspective. So not a ton but enough for it to be a real pain if they weren't so great.”

I would recommend calling to confirm before making the drive but if lucky enough to get the woman who usually does passport services, you will be greeted with kindness and provided with all the information that you could possibly need to put your mind at ease regarding a process that can be quite confusing. She was persistent in tracking it down, explained the reason for the issue/delay, and seemed committed to getting it moving. She mentioned that my postal carrier out of that office found the error and took the initiative to resolve it. I am so appreciative.”
