This location seems to always have what I'm looking for when others don't or are out of stock. FYI - some items can be a little pricey but if you get on their website and/or download their app you can save alot more than you think.....I'm a happy camper!

One star is a gift. If I could give zero stars I would. Let me count the ways they've earned this single star:Not having the prescription ready a day and a half after it's phoned in, the long line that snakes through the aisle, the ENDLESS ringing of the unanswered phone, the single counter that's ever open for pick ups, and the absolute mess behind the counter in the pharmacy.This place is just nuts, from here on out I'm going elsewhere.

CVS needs to do something about this location. They are always ridiculously understaffed, prescriptions are never done. Even when I request a refill on the app, they don’t pay attention to it until I go in and ask. And then - I have to either wait for them to refill it or come back. They won’t answer their phone, they just let you sit on hold for hours. The pharmacist is prioritizing flu and covid vaccines over sick people waiting for medication to make them better. Today my son was prescribed an inhaler - went to check on it right after the appointment, not ready. Came back 3 hours later, they still hadn’t printed it out to fill it. They wanted me to wait until the next day. For an inhaler, when a child is wheezing. Are you kidding me.

I don’t know if the pharmacy is just that ridiculously understaffed, but I’ve used CVS for over 20 years and I’ve never experienced this slow of service until now. Every time our doctor calls in a prescription it’s never ready the same day. Even simple ones. They don’t answer the phone to check status, their drive through window is frequently closed. It’s just plain awful. I handle all my Dad’s meds (over 14) for his cancer, and for that we use Weis, and Geisinger mail order. It’s a night and day experience. Even my doctor said they no longer use CVS, because prescriptions take forever or aren’t in stock. I’m calling my insurance to see which other pharmacy chains are in network so we can switch. I truly hope you fix the problems, as there are numerous individuals that depend on you, and are probably not as lucky as I am.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. The Lewisburg CVS pharmacy is truly the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever dealt with. If I hear, “we’re working on it” one more time about a medication that was supposed to be done last week I will scream. I am also sick of hearing they’re understaffed. Every time I go in there, they are chatting it up or giving vaccines. How is it that every other surrounding pharmacy gets it done? I call… you don’t answer your phone. I come into the store and instead of filling prescriptions you’re giving COVID vaccines. Be a pharmacist and FILL PRESCRIPTIONS! People need their medicine. You are awful and when you go out of business it won’t be a loss for the community.

It doesn’t matter what I go there for the staff always been miserable and rude. Waited 13 days from the date I requested my prescription to be refilled through the app.Tech that spoke with me at the window his name was Ashton he rudely told me they are 12 days worth of prescriptions behind due to short staff problems….my medication never been filled on time.I’m seriously considering switching to cvs in selinsgrove or RX home delivery so I don’t have to deal with angry miserable people.

The staff at the CVS store in Lewisburg Pennsylvania are always willing to listen and understand sometimes the request that we need things and if they’re not available in the store, then they redirect me to the online as I recently purchased a piece of medical equipment and was told that it would come through online other than that they’re always there to help me with my medication needs and I greatly appreciate everything they do to help they listen a lot of times to my questions to overall I’m very satisfied with them
