Having fun at work is important and it brings a great energy. And Julie, who worked solo on Labor Day weekend, helped me narrow down the right paint for the job and made sure I had everything I needed, even helped me carry out my purchase to the car. When I went back the next day, she remembered who I was, greeted me with a smile, and helped without skipping a beat.”

“I worked with them over several weeks as I slowly painted my business facility and they were amazingly helpful. They recognized me and knew me by name. I had very little idea what I was doing, so I had all kinds of questions and they stepped up: helping me with matching colors to my logo, picking the right type of paint, getting the right supplies (even if they weren't always the most expensive!), and so much more. “I have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff really knows the product, they are asking to help you literally in a minute or less when you come in the store . This time they helped with color choices, on Friday I’ll be back for 4 gallons of the suggested paint . Even if a box store COULD do that, who cares?? SW paint is the best. Period”
