Worst experience ever. They sent me the WRONG part and then told me the only way to reconcile was to return it to them and I have to PAY for return shipping OR they can give me store credit to buy something else that they can send me that is WRONG. Terrible customer service. No wonder everyone is turning to Amazon for what they need!!!

The sales representative knew exactly what I was asking for and made a speedy response in my email to follow up, thank you so much. Being disabled doesn't mean you can't continue to move forward, when I got my yerf dog go cart I always needed someone to drive me, well I modified my predator 212 motor with a stage three performance kit, governor removed then I made hand controls for my throttle and brake.

Thank you so much for all the help and patience to answer all my stupid questions about the scag stand on 36” mower. I came late after work and Maxwell Hogen open the show room for me to see the mower i’m interested he stay very late until i get all the information i need to know. Maxwell i can’t thank you enough. Came to OMB Power for my first commercial mower. Maxwell was a ton of help thoroughly going over the Scags and helped me pick out which one would work best for me. Great service if you’re looking for mowers or Stihl equipment. I’ll definitely be back and recommend OMB to anyone!

Sadly, I can't go lower than one star.I brought my craftsman mower to get it fixed. When it was ready, they texted me and told me it was ready and put back together. When I picked it up, it was in pieces and I was told it was broken and was only good as scrap metal and they charged me twice for diagnostics. That's 120 dollars to pick up a mower in worse shape than when I brought it in.Worst place I've ever gone to for repairs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a part ten days ago. They made package tracking number and it's still sitting in their wearhouse. Zero communication. Just a terrible experience. I would avoid this company. They must get their parts sent from china by boat.
