Thoroughly satisfied. Our dryer went this past weekend, and after looking on the Homedepot website, we decided to see what Blonder's had to offer. As always, they had what I wanted in stock, priced lower than the Depot's sale price, and delivery setup and removal of the old one is free. I can always count on Blonder's.

Blonder's was recommended to me by a friend over 15 years ago and I've been a customer ever since. 2 washers and dryers, a refrigerator 2 dishwashers, 3 ranges, a gas grill and a microwave later, I simply won't go anywhere else. Their prices are always great and their customer service is even better. You won't get that at any of the big box stores. Try them once and you'll be a believer too.

One of the best and most trustworthy small businesses ever! I was browsing Lowe’s and Home Depot for a new washer and found basically what I wanted. Both stores charge $50 for removal of the old washer. I had heard and read great reviews about Blonder’s so I figured I’d check them out as I prefer to shop with small businesses.
Not only was the washer I liked $50 cheaper at Blonder’s, the salesperson showed me a model similar to the model of the washer I liked that was $50 cheaper, they also take your old washer away for free! I ended up saving $150 by going with a small business. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes and no one tried to sell me an unnecessary warranty or high interest rate store credit card. Will be buying all of my appliances from here in the future.

I live in a Levittown Clubber that the previous owner put the washer and dryer in a very small closet that can not fit the high capacity washers made today….Mark spent well over an hour with me and my husband going through every option out there…. I ended up getting a commercial brand 27in washer and dryer….. which fits my king size quilt… when they were delivered the gentleman were so professional and amazing to deal with… do to my screw up they had to take the dryer back to have the vent changed to a side vent and it was redelivered the following week..:all around the most pleasant people to deal with from sale to installation…. Will be going back when we update the kitchen

Purchased a new washer from here today and the salesman was outstanding, as usual! Bought an appliance from here a few years ago and was very happy! Honesty and integrity shines through in the way they interact with their customers. The store has a variety of other items to choose from also. Shop here first for your household needs!

Manager was sarcastic and suggested that why don't you go somewhere else, because he is suppose to be a discount store and the installation costs is expensive too. I bought the wall a/c unit from them but will not do any future sales from them nor recommend this place to anyone else.

Blonders is my new favorite appliance store. After years of being frustrated with buying appliances at the big box stores, a friend recommended Blonders. We had a wonderful experience buying a new refrigerator. Everyone was so helpful at the store, the prices were great, and the installers did an amazing job. This is the only store that we will use to buy our future appliances.

Recently my 6 year old Maytag Bravo washer failed to function properly. I was advised it would be too costly to repair. Luckily, a great friend recommended Blonder's Discount Appliance to us. Upon walking into the store we were greeted right away. To say they were very knowledgeable is an understatement. They had a great selection as well. The delivery drivers were very professional and friendly. Thank you, we will definitely be return customer's!

Me and my wife purchased from Blonders a Kitchen Aid dishwasher a few weeks ago. The sales representative was very knowledgable and offered us some good options. The dishwasher arrived as promised and it was installed the same day.
In the beginning I left a one star review, because we had some service issues after the installation, but Mark H. from Blonders called me and offered to fix any issues the very next day. He was able to resolve all the problems we had and he apologized for any inconveniences, so we are totally happy with our purchase. Thank you Mark!

We just purchased a new refrigerator and it was delivered today. Salesman was informative without applying any pressure to purchase. The delivery men were efficient and pleasant. We will be back in a few weeks for a stove. What a great experience!
