Front desk personnel are very nice and kind. I only waited a few minutes past my appointment time to be taken back.Doctor was very nice and thorough. Will definitely use this as my go to urgent care location.

I was seen a few days ago because I was sick. The check in process and taking me back to a room was quick. But then I sat in the room for over 40 minutes meanwhile I heard the doctor go in the other rooms. Those other patients went in those rooms after me and were seen first. Then when I was seen, they rushed to see me and was misdiagnosed......

Made an appointment online hours prior too but clearly having an appointment doesn’t matter. Waited for over an hour to be seen. We were dismissed rather quickly without a full exam even done. The floors were dirty and needed to be swept. Won’t be going back to this urgent care again.

Majority of the staff there is ignorant and don’t have any customer service whatsoever. This is the second time I’ve been there and they’ve been so unprofessional, not to mention they have no sympathy for their patients. Just very rude ppl and they would t give me their names.

I went for a burn on my chest medical assistant stated it has to be a female in the room with him because I’m a female and that’s the policy, I asked the front desk for the the policy so I can go over it while I wait he rolled his eyes and got real rude when I went to talk to the other lady he kept cutting me off then get loud and said he had a long day. This the second bad experience I had with this place. The manager called me and got rude and hung up on me. I never got rude and never got loud to these people for them to speak to me like this. I will NEVER go here ever again. I highly don’t recommend this place.

Quick and easy to book an appointment online. Staff is very friendly, and I was quick to be seen after checking in. It wasn't too busy when I went, so your mileage may vary.
