Placed an on-line order for store pick up of an EGO weed whacker. Called ahead to make sure they had the item. Yes yes we have it. When I got there the clerk brought out my order with the weed whacker out of the box. I immediately asked if it was a display model i.e. "open box". The clerk said "no". I then asked why it was out of the box. the clerk said "we put it together for you". I said "thanks" to be polite but was concerned I was buying a returned item or a floor model. My suspicion was confirmed when I looked at the lower guard in the car and saw a thick layer of dust on it. I can understand selling someone the display if it's the last one, but they should be told that. Open boxes are iffy and sometimes incomplete. How would I know if it is or isn't? Not looking for any discount for a floor model. Just honesty.

It's not a big store, but they have a lot of what you would need most around the house. I've been going there for years. Close and convenient to Fairless Hills and Levittown. Much better than trying to fight traffic to HD or Lowe's and assistance is easier to find. Five stars for Convenience, Service, and Ease.

Had to get a lock re-keyed and The local big box store doesn’t do it. I was happy to find the ace hardware store. They were great ,reasonable I’ll be visiting them more.

Very courteous and helpful employees. I always find what I need. I rather spend my money here than the big box stores.

Is there a way to take one star away? My mother who is in her 70s just told me that someone there talked to her so rudely it ruined her week. He was nasty and made her go home to get an extra party to show him to make a return (of a toilet handle she just bought). When she returned, she learned that ignorant man is the owner!!! We will never shop there again.
