I don't understand why it's a big deal that if a patient has a preference for where blood is drawn that is comfortable for them, or why it's not even considered. I don't appreciate that, or the person taking the sample being smart with me when I asked that. Don't plan on going back to this locaton.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sample collection is quick and as painless as possible. Testing is performed quickly and you will likely have results same-day.

Went here for lab work on Oct.1, 2018. SPECIFICALLY asked for copies of lab results since I hadn't had any lab for about 8 months. Told by Jennifer J. Ride out that she would mail them.( MOST labs in Pa. Want you to pick up this personal information. ) This morning , the 9th of Oct. I went the 16 miles to see what happened. She said she mailed them.I said, " you may have but I never got them. " This RUDE P.O.LOWLIFE S*** started YELLING at me. OH REALLY, Who the the F**k you think you're talking to ? If this had been a man, I would have TAUGHT THAT B**** SOME MANERS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR LABWORK. LIKE Quest labs. 11 Days later,STILL NO lab work received. Thought you sent it on Oct.1st?
