I strongly advise against visiting this establishment due to its highly unprofessional conduct. My experience was extremely negative, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone.Firstly, if you bring your own part and your car still experiences issues, they will immediately shift the blame onto you and your part. They show no willingness to verify or reexamine your vehicle without demanding additional payment for labor. This lack of accountability is a major red flag.Furthermore, the customer service provided at this location is abysmal. I encountered a situation where a staff member shouted at me over the phone, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. Rather than finding a solution or attempting to understand my concerns, they abruptly hung up on me. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and speaks volumes about the overall culture of the establishment.It is evident that this location lacks the necessary professionalism and respect for customers. Considering my experience, it is clear that no one should subject themselves to such unprofessional treatment. I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this establishment, and I strongly discourage anyone from bringing their car here. Even if you provide your own part and your car still doesn't function properly, they will immediately blame you and the part you brought. They refuse to reevaluate or inspect your car without charging additional fees for labor. Proceed with caution and consider purchasing your parts elsewhere.Regarding the service and issue I encountered, I had a part installed on Wednesday, but as soon as I left the shop, my engine light turned back on. I contacted them, and their response was that it was a normal occurrence and I just needed to drive the car for a longer period of time for the issue to resolve itself. The next day, while driving, my vehicle abruptly stalled twice. I reached out to them again, but they claimed there was nothing they could do. They suggested that the part I provided them was likely faulty and that I would have to buy another one and pay them again, hoping it would solve the problem.In terms of customer service, their conduct was highly unprofessional. I had a male staff member yell at me over the phone while I was simply trying to find a solution, and he eventually hung up on me. During his outburst, he insisted that I had given them a faulty part or that the issue was unrelated to their work. He placed the blame on me, suggesting that it was my responsibility to ensure that the part I provided was the actual problem with my car (despite the fact that I had sought their expertise to diagnose the issue). When I called back and spoke with a different individual, I expressed my disappointment with the unprofessional behavior. However, this staff member defended their colleague's actions by claiming that I hadn't allowed the other person to speak.Service: General repairs & maintenance
