These guys were great. Very responsive better customer service than the previous 2 places that I had interactions with. They couldn’t do my stereos during the initial appt due to my car needing unforeseen addtl equipment. These guys returned my car as is and got me right back in to redo the work. Very happy and would recommend to everyone.

Strongly recommend this place. Andy was fantastic, took care of everything I needed and went above and beyond. He took the time to show all the changes and even did additional modifications that made everything easier. I understand why it takes a while to get an appointment because the work they do is top notch.

I'm not their target customer, but they did install an aftermarket Sony unit in our older Pathfinder. Had to make sure all the parts were there and it was difficult to get convenient times, but it's done and working well.

Andy put a new head unit into my 2012 Camry. It looks amazing and sounds even more amazing. No speaker upgrades. Just the new head unit. The craftsmanship and the attention to detail of this installation is top notch. Everything is clean. The gaps in the installation kit (don't know what it's called....the housing for the head unit) are all perfectly aligned. Andy even took like half an hour to get me setup and jamming when I picked it up. I had to reschedule twice with him and he was very accommodating. I don't know much about stereos, but I know a lot about what expertise looks and feels like. This experience was EXPERT level. So well done. Highly recommended.

Got a head unit and new speakers put in. Everything works great. Took my car in on Thursday night for a Friday appointment. They were able to get everything done by Friday afternoon and everything has been great so far. Doug gave me a tutorial on my new head unit and I was on my way.Great service for a good price but expect to wait a couple weeks before they can get you in for an appointment. Since they are some of the best in town, demand is high.

I could not be more pleased with my experience and cannot thank the guys enough! Twice now, they've stayed past closing to answer all of my questions, and did not belittle me for asking (like an experience I had with a competitor.) The knowledge and attention to detail they have is incredible. My car radio looks and sounds fantastic. I think the price I paid was very fair, and would definitely come back! Once again- thank you guys SO MUCH!

They did a great job finishing the install of my system that I had started. My interior was already taken apart when they got it. I ended up getting a job out of state and with the time crunch could not finish. They were able to finish it and get it reassembled on a tundra. Which I don't think is a common vehicle and is not a easy task when you're not the one that started it. I would definitely recommend this place. I think they have affordable shop pricing and a professional installer that keeps up on the latest technology.

Possibly one of the greatest experiences of my life. I received a remote start for my 2017 Ford Escape as a birthday present. My reservation was actually made in February for the first available appointment which was....May 10 2023! That's how much in demand Creative Car Tunes is.I dropped my Escape off the night before expecting them to have it all day which they did. I have not one single problem with that. I figure if they have it all day they're doing their best to make sure everything is done properly the first time.Andy called me when he was done and we went right over. He gave us a very thorough tutorial on how the entire system works and made sure I understood.I like that the system comes with two remotes and a great warranty.I would definitely recommend Andy, he was professional, polite and patient with my questions.Need automotive electronics installed? Definitely call Creative Car Tunes.

This company deserves a huge award for possibly being one of the last companies that provide outstanding service at affordable prices. I cannot tell you how happy and pleased I was with their work. I highly recommend them I’m going to continue to recommend them to my friends and continue to use them.

Being an old audio guy, it was time to replace the factory head unit in the F150. With some previous great experience with Cartunes, I decided to reach out to them and see what was available. After speaking with Andy of what features I was looking for, he gave me a few choices. I chose the Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX with the back up camera. (Which will make my hooking up my camper much easier) I added in remote start while I was there. They gave great pricing and fantastic service. They took the time to show me how to operate both and explain any questions I had. I know where I will be going for any future upgrades. (Possibly a sub?) I definitely will be recommending them to my friends for their automotive audio expertise. Thanks again for helping me ! Great job Cartunes!
