Very impressed with their customer service and repairs from my initial visit for an estimate, to dropping off, renting a vehicle and picking up my vehicle. I received a phone call the afternoon after I left my car that a part had to be ordered and they would do their best to expedite the repairs. They did!!!! I appreciate their efforts to stay within their timeframe. The interior was detailed and the exterior washed. They went beyond the estimate. Thanks to everyone at Wentz. I highly recommend your business.

I am keeping this short and sweet. I was going to write down the entire story. But this place is in need of major customer service improvements. I have never dealt with a place that has such terrible customer service. I will never take another vehicle to this place again.
And going back and reading reviews from others and even seeing someone had a similar experience is crazy. And then seeing someone having personal issues and you post that personal issue to the public? Man, what's wrong with this place. Someone going through a divorce has nothing to do why you got a terrible review. Seeing that you attack a man while he is at his lowest, I should have saw this sooner. Like I said I won't support this place ever again.

These ppl are the lowest of the low. Complete and utter frauds. The kind of ppl who prey on and take advantage of others in their time of need. Instead of helping they see an opportunity to deceive and to profit off of others misfortune. Do not go here and please tell others. They were attempting to have me total my vehicle when it absolutely did not need to be totaled. They told me the frame was bent and it was not. They told me the car did not and would not start or run and it started right up and ran. I had my vehicle fixed by a trusted friend in a few weeks time. Do not trust these ppl. They are only in the business they are in for themselves and for their own profiting.

They were friendly, did great work and even cleaned the inside. They did tell us it would be two months to bring it in and we understood that and it was worth the wait. They answered all our questions over the phone as we had a few!! Very good place and would recommend.

Very grateful and thankful for you guys! You did amazing work on my Chrysler 300! It’s like brand new! I worked hard for the car 5 years ago and was devastated when it was hit by a dump truck recently. People love to complain, but you guys are the best in the area! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Very disappointed.. UPDATED 11/30/23
The primary body shop behind this entire mess to begin with, was Glenn Wagner's on Rt 309. Had they done the job right the first time, or even looked at it afterwards and fixed the problem, as I had asked, there would not have been a need to go elsewhere. Wagner's royally screwed up this repair.
Less than $200 was spent at Wentz to correct a problem with the drivers door panel after a deer collison. They did resolve the main reason the car was taken to them, which was to fix the door panel noise and install new parts, damaged by the FIRST BODY Shop (Wagner's).
Chris Wentz has decided to not return my call and texts regarding the aledged slice in my Lexus RX350 door panel, which I saw after they worked on the car. Had it been there prior (which is possible), AAA would have paid for any additional fees . No questions asked. If it was there prior to them taking the panel off, one might think to make note of that?
The big question is, who sliced the door panel? The panel has been removed at least 4 x's before Wentz got the car.
I have before and after pics. Very hard to dispute the evidence.
Mr. Wentz never looked at the pics, didn't see the car, and without either, emphatically stated, "they didn't do it." Just bring it in, he said.
Well, had I not already driven to this shop four times already (they never mailed the original estimate for the collision repair), and hired them to do the job right the first time, I would have taken it back, a fifth time. I've been trying to get this car fixed properly, for over 14 months!!
This car cost me $40k+ , and I am not at all satisfied to have my insurance company pay $6k for a repair and still leave me with a damaged door panel. All this damage, after the fact, was the fault of the first body shop.
I don't think asking Chris Wentz to discuss the issue or provide the additional estimate I requested to fix the panel, was asking too much. Now I'm stuck either paying out of pocket, or living with a sliced door panel, which is indeed the case. Unbelievable!
Interestingly, Wentz's shop didn't even try to resolve the complaint but he found it worth their time to reply to this review.

Unfortunate for all involved. Aside from the sliced panel, I'm upgrading the repair service to 4 stars. One star deduction for not having mailed the estimate, and not taking the time to discuss this panel slice issue.

A month ago I took my estimate for hitting a deer to Wentz Auto Body. I have had work done there before and they did a great job. After two weeks I gave a call to see if they had a date estimate for when the parts would come in. They seemed confused but took my number and said they would call back when they arrived. Today marked the month so I called again to just check on things. They never ordered the parts, couldn’t give me any answers and then when questioned this guy named Travis told me if I never made a mistake at my job to find somewhere else to fix my Jeep. To be honest, if they would have just owned up to their mistake and tried to work with me by getting it done asap I wouldn’t t be mad. However this guys unprofessionalism was over the top. Plus to fail at ordering the parts after the first phone call is pretty bad.

Unfortunately all of my cars have been magnets for deer. I've always gone to Wentz and I've always gotten great service. The people here are friendly. The technicians certainly know how to paint. My car always comes back looking better than new. I would recommend this place to anyone
