Won't be going there again. To open an account or for any other reason.Why is there a $7.50 fee to cash MY check from your bank??? It's your printed check but it's MY money. Someone greeted me at the door. That was the highlight.

I haven’t had even one pleasant experience with this branch. They are never able to assist in even the most basic banking needs for me. It’s to the point that I generally avoid this particular branch simply because I usually end up having to go to another branch anyways or call customer support (per this branches instruction), just to be told that they cannot perform that duty that it must go through the branch. I thought very highly of Wells Fargo in the past but I will never willingly bank with Wells Fargo again. The most irritating thing about all of it,I now have to waste more time switching banks. There is wonderful staff at this branch I would personally point towards a severe lack in management or a severe lack in overall business model in the Wells Fargo organization. Thank you for taking the time to read my extended opinion. Here’s to the very first negative review I have ever left.??

This was a great bank but recently they haven’t been keeping track of people’s accounts, it has come to the point where I literally have to screenshot every transaction that occurs on my account the day it happens because the bank app will later update and say something charged you this amount on this date when it actually happened 5 days ago then later try charging you overdraft fees when your account was never in negative. Very disappointed in this bank as of recently. I used to love this bank.

My debit card was hacked & I have been on the phone for days to straighten out.Companies have my new debit card that I have not even received yet.All the people at this bank just "pass the buck" while my bank account is getting more compromised.Time for a new bank after 15+ years with this one.I can not believe a bank can be so incompetent.
