This company does not know how to pack fragile items. They charged me $400 to ship items purchased from an auction. They quote me the price for 4 boxes. Crammed everything into 2 boxes and then tried to get me not to file a claim through their insurance for the damages. When I insisted on a claim they had me ship the broken items back and then refused to file the claim because all of the broken pieces were not included. This place is a scam. Charges $45 dollars for 5 minutes to “pack” your items. Then uses a oversized box to bump up the price of shipping from $35 to $70, then they add in unknown fees that they can’t explain. Buyer beware. They are also rude when you question them about the high cost of the total bill. Scam scam scam!!!

Your location MAILDOCK BUSINESS CENTER 1594 Cumberland St, Lebanon, I paid this company $400.00 to ship 30+ porcelain birds that I purchased through an auction house across the country. They have NO idea how to pack fragile items. I was told in my quote that my order would be shipped in 4 boxes. Instead it arrived in 2 small 10 inch tall boxes that were packed inside much larger boxes. Each box had about 18 birds in it and they had very little bubble wrap around the birds and nothing in between the birds or on the bottom or sides of the box. There were packing peanuts inside the bigger box but nothing in the much smaller box. Some of the birds had so little bubble wrap that they were poking through the single layer of bubble. The porcelain birds are over 30 years old and Of course several broke and now I have spent months trying to get my money back which should not be a problem because they were insured. I returned the birds that were broken to the mail dock and because all of the broken pieces were not included Jennifer refuses to proceed with an insurance claim or refund the birds. Initially she tried to talk me out of filing the insurance claim by claiming that they were unlikely to pay. We moved across the country and stored all of our household items while we look for a new home and I am now having to stop looking for a home and go the 8 hours to Lebanon, PA and file a small claims action in the local Magisterial District court. Jennifer the employee who gave me the quote doesn't care about the service she provides which is evident by her work and response. I spent over a thousand dollars on these birds with the shipping and it is really sad that this company feels it is ok to do business like this. Please view the photos below. This response from the owner is a lie. She has not been clear or professional. I have all email responses to and from this company and I am happy to provide them to anyone who would like to see them.

With COVID striking my daughter’s wedding, we had to overnight the bride and groom’s wedding apparel to TN for a now Zoom wedding. The staff at the Mail Dock was awesome! They were very compassionate and helped us pack the items with care. They explained our options to get us the best price while accomplishing the deadline we needed. Their kindness and over the top service was greatly appreciated!

I shipped a huge 1902 framed family portrait a few days ago and of course it was fragile. No worries. Mail Dock did a fantastic job of wrapping it and it arrived in perfect condition. I appreciate their customer service, even when very busy, they are always courteous.

I may live a pretty distance from mail dock but there service is so incredible, professional and they take the time to get to know there customers and the services their customers are in need of. I wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else. They truly are great and I highly recommend them.

Mail Dock Business Center contracted with DHL and work with the customers on behalf of DHL. It was promised that letter I sent to be delivered by DHL within a week to the destination I needed. It wasn’t delivered in time and person who was supposed to receive it is no longer in that location. I would like to have my money back as it was promised in advertisement. I contacted DHL and received letter from John Grimes (DHL Office of the President) that the claim rights belong to Mail Dock Business Center. I contacted Mail Dock Business Center twice, but manager refused to issue refund pointing to DHL.
