Been coming here for years and actually got accused of stealing today because some idiot put the same books together that were supposed to be sold separately. If they are to be sold separately why put them together? Done with this place.

You never know what you will find in this store and the music is great! It's very clean, spacious and organized. There is plenty of parking too. Sometimes you find incredible things for unbelievably cheap! Jojo the cashier is very kind, pleasant and entertaing and he makes it a very fun shopping experience. I will miss his humor and his great big smile and his welcome hellooo when I walk thru the door. He is a bright light in a sometimes weary world.

Jojo was the BEST cashier ever, always very upbeat and fun. Super positive and vibrant. Honestly was the BEST part of shopping experience there.

Where do I begin… since jojo got fired shopping here seems so much less stressful. What do I mean by this my gumbas? Well for starters it’s nice walking in and not having a person scream at you. Secondly the store seems cleaner since jojo sucked at round up. It also smells better. Probably because all the drama left for palmyra. ?

First time we have been in this Goodwill store since they have remodeled. The employee who was behind the counter not only greeted us but was also very kind and extremely helpful.. Joseph seen that my husband was a veteran and had him sign up for the Goodwill rewards. We will definitely be coming back..

Cant recall any visit to Goodwill in Lebanon where an employee gave a shout out to me over the telecom system while hyping up the customers. JoJo is making the "Thrift Shop Experience" one to keep coming back to.

Jojo makes this goodwill. He is a such a fun upbeat happy person that makes the shopping experience more pleasurable. I always walk out in a better mood than when I came in. Very clean store as well. Only negative thing is the prices seem to have gone up a bit for some items. Maybe consider lowering a little because a lot of people are on a tight budget and can’t afford to spend a lot at a thrift store especially when the items were donated for free.

I love all goodwill stores for their fair prices but I must admit I always favored my hometowns for the items and the staff. I care about a few of them just because of how they are and working with them. EVEN SO, I must admit that JOJO and his WOOHOO infused daily interactions just make it so much better. Not only does it instill a feeling of safety and welcoming it also provides humor and a great icebreaker and in my opinion this gentleman encompasses not only what goodwill employees strive for but what all stores in general should. Yes it may scare quiet people or people with PTSD, but the fact that he is so open and caring and even does the woohoo, it will and does bring a closeness among people. One man can cause an entire store to join in on something. He can cause a smile or laugh. He is caring and sweet and can bridge that gap between communication and non-communicating people. It isnt the normal standard "hello, how can i help you?" that employees are forced to say, its a personal response creating a connection between two individuals (obviously kept professionally). Yes this may sound stupid or silly but there are thousands of people each day that go un-noticed or simply given the employee required speech. At goodwill with Jojo, these people are welcomed as not only friends but family and provided a space where they are recognized and cared for. Yes its just retail shopping but is it really to people? Everyday people leave their houses and how many meet the healthy amount of socialization? How many are not in a state of constant depression? How many just need that one person to make them smile to help them get through the day? No matter the number, Jojo does that and more.

I've been going to a lot of Goodwill stores for a long time, but none of them compares to the one of Lebanon because of JoJo. He is a big reason why this became my favorite branch. He makes everyone happy and his energy is what sets him apart from the other cashiers there and the Goodwills everywhere. You need to give him a big raise. He is a superstar. Woo hoo!

Not worth the drive anymore.Loved this store but when Goodwill jacked the prices up, this store took it to a whole new level. Lebanon Goodwill used to have the best prices, now they’re considerably higher than Reading, Robesonia & Trexlertown. It also seems like they’re swapping color tags every week so the better stuff never goes on sale.Example: $7.99 & Up for used Old Navy T-shirts that were donated for free, Idts.Old Navy Sale & Clearance prices are better.

Probably worst experience I’ve had at a goodwill. They had a stained shirt for 4.99 cashier wouldn’t bring up the manager so I could ask them if they could go any lower.Blankets were all marked 7.99. There was a Hanes shirt for 5.99 there ! I couldn’t believe these prices. I’m pretty far from home and have never seen goodwill prices so high. They had a cheap mug for 3.99 you could get at the dollar store for 1.25.Then they would only sell me bags ? I’m confused I’ve never been to a town where they don’t give bags. Terrible customer service here wouldn’t recommend
