Don't answer the phone, hang up on you. Leave vehicles posted long after they are gone to get you in the door. Warranty is a joke, staff just the same. Don't buy here.

We were very disappointed. We drove 1hr 20min to check out a gmc sierra. The picture listed and description made it seem like an amazing buy but once we had a chance to look at the truck we found that they had self tapped wheel flares to hide bad rust around the wheel wells and the bar that holds the truck bed onto the frame was rusted so bad it was almost non existent to the point that the bed of the truck was almost touching the frame. None of this was previously mentioned to us before we came to check it out so we wasted time and gas. Not an establishment I would trust unfortunately.

The main guy the owner himself threatened to punch me in the face all because I asked for my 500$ deposit back. That I changed my mind about the car . He pushed me and everything!! He wasnt going to give me any money back!! Don't go there EVER! NOT TO MENTION ALL THE LEMONS ? he has waiting to sell to you or someone you love . Stay away !

Please be careful when buying from this dealership. They will sell you a vehicle knowing it has issues which will not be covered under your warranty. They’ll even get you approved fast just to make the sale. Always bring your own mechanic and do not listen to anyone in the shop they work with. They’ll sell you a lemon dipped in candy but after you sign that dotted line that’s it the problem is yours and the payments. BE CAREFUL.

The seller was very arrogant, very bad attitude, I will never ever return a VERY BITTER experience nor did he let me drive the car to test the potential I was looking for. He also asked me for cash to be able to drive it, I think he has mental problems.

I went to Chris to buy a car I was looking at a 2012 Maxima I bought the Maxima paid cash was offered a 3-month warranty but the next morning when I woke up the car started smoking when I started it I took it back to Chris and Rick the mechanic who was more than helpful he put money into the car without using my warranty but the car still smoked he ended up working with me 100%. I had to pay a little more money but I got a car that I wanted A car that I love, I cannot say anything bad about Chris Chris worked with me every step of the way he was fair and he answered every one of my phone calls and texts so for people to write bad reviews on this man is completely wrong He's got a good heart and he does care about people, I would definitely buy another vehicle from him and consider him more than just a dealer to me He's become a friend

stay away from c's all his cars are from auction and they all have issues!! he wont even bother telling you all the issues. he will let you deive away with a broken unsafe car!!numerous people i know have been scammed by this con man stay away!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. READ THE REVIEWS FOR BOTH OF HIS LOTS. LET MY HUSBAND AND I’S EXPERIENCE AND OTHER PREVIOUS UNFORTUNATE BUYERS BE ENOUGH TO KEEP YOU FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. My husband and I bought a car from here and not even two weeks later it has already ended up in the shop. We’re lucky the car even made it the 2 hour drive home and the few times he has driven it to work. They dress up their selling point by saying they’ll throw in a warranty. The warranty is not through them and only covers major repairs-so it does NOT cover all of the repairs you’ll probably need.

Bought a bmw from these people with the expectation that it only needed coils and plugs, after further inspection of the vehicle I have to dump over a grand Into it just to be safe for me and my kids, gut sent me on my way 2 hours away with broken bolts on suspension and many other issues that were not disclosed prior to purchase, would not budge on price either for buying a lemon, me and my wife made the mistake of buying here do not make the same mistake just steer clear.

Purchased a '14 Kia Soul for our daughter. Worked with us to get the price into our budget range. Also, the Soul was missing a spare and changing equipment, but they are working at getting the pieces for us. I had researched the vehicle first and read the Carfax on vehicle before purchase, so knew what was going to need done to it. I personally work at changing some of the basic equipment (plugs, air filters, etc.) for my own piece of mind and to know that the items are new.

I was really hoping to be able to give five stars. I really feel as though the dealership wanted to do the right thing and they were so close, but Chris is a completely unprofessional hung up on me on the phone after yelling at me, does not stand by his word on what he's going to do. He replaced a bunch of stuff on the car because it would not pass inspection and it was not safe to drive, but he just would not replace the four tires that he had verbally agreed to replacing. We had a wonderful experience with autumn when we bought the car and she's just as sweet as can be in trying to do her best the garage that they work with behind 206 Cumberland Street he's great. He does the best he can but Chris is just a real mess and he's giving that dealership a really salty name. He replaced extra stuff that he broke while repairing the car, so, because of that he decided that he wasn't standing to his side of the agreement And that he would be "losing money on the car sale,"even though he's not the owner. They did put a lot of extra work into my car and I do appreciate that but an agreement was made and he said he was going to replace all four tires so it could pass inspection and I wasn't even asking for new tires, just a good used set of tires for inspection. I really hate to be that guy, but I would not be returning here to buy additional cars for my other children, and it's a shame for them to treat a service Members family this way. So if you want a fixer upper this is the dealership for you, if you want a decent used car that will work for more then 72 hours this isn't the dealership for you. Or hopefully you'll have better luck then me.
