“Absolute amazing experience! We came into Jim Thorpe on this lovely Saturday and headed up the Main Street. I was greeted as I walked in by two kind-hearted workers, who were extremely kind to myself as well as my wife during our time in the store. These two young men were great! Traversing through the store, I was taken down memory lane! Toys galore! Home items galore! I loved every second of it. Now, I am writing this review as I sit down and eat at the Marion Fire Company. To anyone coming into Jim Thorpe, this store is an essential. Thank you to the two kind young men and the trip down memory lane!”
“Big lots must have a contract with a new supplier because they have all kinds of new products. The store looks so much cleaner and more professional. No more half empty shelves that have scattered merchandise all over the place. More higher grade products, really nice items that seem to be of higher quality, and much more of a selection. The only down fall of all the new high end products is that a lot of the prices are more high end also now. A lot of the store is not as cheap as it used to be. But with having a new supplier comes with a much larger selection of items. And it possibly send like there new supplier might be the same as Walmarts because the same products are sold there also. I haven't done a price check against the two stores, but I'd say with how the process have gone up at big lots, that they are probobly about the same as Walmarts.”
“This Dollar Tree is my favorite store I have ever been to! The aisles are always organized, there is a great selection, and the main managerial staff are all AMAZING! No other Dollar Trees compare (and I have visited stores all over the country)! Keep up the great work!”
“They recently remodeled and greatly expanded the Tamaqua PA Dollar General. They did a really excellent job. It's amazing how many things they have their for a dollar store. Good prices too.”

“Kind of messy but they were restocking but they carry the Delectable cat food in a bag that my meows love. Litter is reasonably priced since I go through a lot with three cats. Lots of a variety of itdms, too. The cashier was helpful and pleasant.”

“I don't mind going here for quick in and out bits. However, the prices are actually more than local shops like Wal-Mart and there's always long lines and there can be an employee at the register doing whatever but won't even jump in to help. Gets a bit frustrating. Most of the employees are nice at least.”
