They conveniently loose your membership cancellation form which is the only way to cancel your subscription. You will not be able to cancel through the phone or in your account. Once they have your credit card, you will be charged again and again.

I used to belong to there year's ago and loved it! I would go to Landsdowne or Ridley. Both had great weight rooms and good staff. I am a little older now but am about to join again at 53. It keeps my body and spirit young.

I took my 2 year old swimming for the first time we played in the pool and had a blast. A few hours after we got home CPS came to my house saying someone from the YMCA reported me. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!

The way the pool is managed now is a direct reflection of poor leadership. The Y used to be for families now it seems to not welcome children and make it near impossible to teach kids how to swim while playing. i was told tonight “you have 2 kids you can’t teach 2 at the same time”. Really YMCA is that what you believe because I have more than one kid I can’t teach them and watch them in 3.5ft of water

The health Plex became the Springfield YMCA on January 12, 2020. All the reviews prior are not indicative of the far improved morale and cleanliness of facilities and improvement of programs.Please ignore all reviews previous to January 12, 2020. The best personnel remain in place, other personnel has been disposed.

Nice place to workout classes are fun. Weight room is a little to cold on one side in the area where I use the equipment at. Wish they could turn it down some.
