We visited today in branch , great nicely to customers by staff . Rachel Dam associate Personal Banker provides us excellent service she explained each step of procedure deeply . She help us above and beyond so 5/5 rating. Branch is clean and spacious .staff is courteous & polite & cooperative. Quick service.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!This branch will release your personal account information to a third party without your consent!! This is a total violation of the banking privacy laws!!Poor customer service. May be due to the staff/management turnovers.Being a Wells Fargo customer for 30+ years I have never experienced this level of incompetence!!I am filing a formal complaint with Wells Fargo corporate and other government banking agencies who need to investigate how this can happen!!I will be moving ALL of my funds to another safer banking institution!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! This Wells Fargo branch (Allentown Road, Lansdale, PA) will give out your personal account information without your consent! This branch violated the Wells Fargo Privacy Act and released my personal information to a third party! Being a Wells Fargo customer for 30+ years this is totally unacceptable and I have filed a formal complaint with Wells Fargo corporate and any other government agencies who need to investigate how this can happen!!This branch (Allentown Road, Lansdale, PA) obviously has issues due to the staff and management turnover. Extremely poor customer service not to mention what they have done violates banking privacy laws!Needless to say I will be moving ALL of my accounts out of Wells Fargo to a more safer banking institution!

Office lobby still closed, so drive thru is only option. The last three times we were so long waiting our turn we missed a meal. Pack a lunch you can eat in the car while you wait. No problem at my other banks. I'm thinking of moving this account to another bank.

Overall positive and helpful staff. Given the current pandemic, the staff were responsive and helpful through the drive through as if we were in the main building itself. Thank you staff and team members for continuing to serve us while keeping a safe and effective barrier to keep us all safe. My best to you and your families.

This is my main bank I've been at nesrlt all my life. I never had a problem with the ATM or the drive through and the few times I did go in the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this bank!

Don't know what those negative reviews are for. I guess it's a 'bank' and personal tastes but I find it nice. At least my experiences were very pleasant.

Was absolutely dreading getting a new bank today but I walked into this branch today and every single person was pleasant!!! It was a easy process and everyone spoke to me like I was so welcome there! Thank you Daniel for opening my account and helping set everything up so it suited me perfectly! Happy to be a part of the Wells Fargo family now!
