I'd give them -5 stars if I could. The cashier working Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale PA 4/14/23 is the most unhelpful, condescending clown ever to work in any bank ever. This is why I closed all if my accounts there.

Two stars for the convenient ATM location. However after an extremely unprofessional interaction with a teller, I will be going to a different branch for any transaction that can't be completed via ATM

I stopped at this Wells Fargo a few times, and at night it isnt that bad to go to (more on that later) but during the day it is tough. The entrance and exits are smaller to get in and out of, the parking lot is behind the building and theres a few minute walk to get in the front of the bank, the ATM is also in the front of the bank so you need to park and walk up there too, and the drive through has 2 lanes but it's right in front of the only exit so you need to watch any cars coming from behind as you pull out onto the busy Sumneytown Pike. This is obviously much easier at night if you need to use the ATM, but I'd go the extra 5 minutes down Allentown to the one in Towamencin Shopping Square.

This branch could not be worse! The tellers are rude and incompetent. The branch manager is astonishingly rude. She told me today that she "could help me but would not" and made other nasty statements. I went to another branch after but this branch had messed things up so badly that it could not be fixed for 24 hours. Avoid this location!

I have always found the manager and staff extremely helpful a welcoming. I have had a few problems with my accounts and they have always been fixed rapidly and with a smile. Thank you Fran.

With the manager of this bank - horrible. To echo another reviewer, extremely rude and unfriendly. And to be clear. This is with the manager of the bank, specifically. This is not an isolated incident. My aunt who banks at this branch said her deceased husband found the manager to be intolerable. She described the manager as walking around with a crown on her head. And unhelpful and hostile in a case in which somebody tried to use her (my aunt's) lost debit card to pay for a five hundred dollar insurance bill. This was proprietary information according to the manager. If you have have problem, you will learn in short order that the manager is 66 years old, has a daughter who is an attorney, and has won an award for customer service. You will also learn that even though you think you are not getting good service, you really are. In addition, these lectures will all happen in the lobby of the bank in front of the public. Rough treatment by this manager has been experienced by too many of personal acquaintances to be thought of as an isolated incident.

Staff in there is extremely rude and unfriendly. We will close our account with them first thing tomorrow morning and take our business elsewhere.
