It was the first time to make a account in Wells Fargo. I am 13 years so I could make a Clear Access Banking. The people were all kind and really helped me a lot during the process. I really thank to Himani Patel who helped me today. Thank You! ?

Horrible customer service from Andrea Worman and was refused when I asked for a higher above. Everytime you come in here it's different rules for each teller and its ridiculous. I will now do my banking in my home town branch because at least there your respected an treated respectfully.

Worst bank ever when it comes to customer service. The ATM is always breaking and malfunctioning. Recently I had an incident where the ATM didn't dispense my money, but the amount was deducted from my account. Instead of correcting the issue right away since it was an issue on wells fargo end, they instead gave me the run around & told me I had to wait 10 business days for them to complete an investigation. They treat customers like thiefs and scammers instead of with integrity. You would think after 10 years of being an account holder they would be considerate, but i guess not.

I was in the area getting blood work done and decided to save some time on my way home and go to this Wells Fargo. Since I had been fasting, I parked in the parking lot to eat something. Immediately a woman comes charging out and tells me I can't park in the parking lot. I look around incredulously at the parking lot, which had maybe 3 cars in it out of 20 spots, and decided to pull out and just go to my local Wells Fargo. At my regular Wells Fargo they actually care about Customer Service instead of being the guardians of the empty parking lot.

Worst Customer service. I understand due to Covid 19 appoitment has to be made in order to talk with banker. Which I made a call to the number that was written on the door. The Agent named JOHN has worst attitude what so ever. First, he couldn't understand word PPP so I had to repeat my self which he yells at me says that I don't have to yell even though i never did. Sorry for having mask on my face. Then, when I asked for the help with some information that bank did not provide me which they supposed to, his first answer was search in the portal. I've explained to him I've already checked the portal and I'm front of the bank. then his respond is call the SBA instead bank they have all information. I wonder why SBA has bank information. It felt like he did not want work and don't want waste time with me. Great attitude really. This is WORST Banker I never seen in my entire life. After all that he cant sit and help me so i had to make appointment even though I said i called to make appointment in the beginning. REALLY WORST BANKER NAMED JOHN do not even waste time with him.
