Worst customer service. I tried to upgrade my phone I was told it would only be around $100. The woman behind the counter tried to charge me $250.

I called just now, an impolite laddy picked up the phone, in the middle of the discussion she hung up the phone, she did it 3 times to me, how impolite she is, unfortunately for Metropcs company

Metro website advertises an iPhone 11 for a $100 when you bring their phone. When I get there, the store displays it as $50. When I try to purchase, Employee Natasha tries to tell me the price is $250 despite the website and their own sign advertising for far less. Also tried to tell me 10gb of data was $40 a month even though their website advertises unlimited for the same price. Metro and their stores need to get their ish together and be on the same page

I purchased in cash plus a case and glass screen protector. A few days later I had some questions and issue s. NOBODY called me back after repeated calls and texts and emails. in addition..I never got my free phone,!! This location should be closed down. Do not go there !!!

For your own good DO NOT order a phone from T mobile. Very unethical company!!!! Spent 45 minutes texting their representative and ordered an iphone 11 Pro Max 256 and she gave me a price. There was probably 3 or 4 times that I mentioned I was interested in a iphone 11 Pro Max. Four days later my new phone came in the mail and it was an iphone 11 Pro. It was not a Pro Max.I called and they said I could return the item however there was an additional charge for the Pro Max.(Bait and Switch) if I ever saw one!!!I returned the phone and did receive a credit however after they returned the money to my credit card account 9 days later they billed me for sevice for the month!!Now in order to get my money back for the month service I have to take my info to a T Mobile store to get the credit back!! Wow!!!!!Very very very bad company!!!
