So far I haven't had a good experience here and I just moved in here in June. Got to the apartment complex and floors are dirty and sticky. OK no issue I'll clean them. The cabinet under the sink is all rotted out and moldy... ok not that bad of an issue, I'll let the front desk know. Doors don't properly lock and close here... ok I'll deal with that, whatever. Garbage disposal went out. OK no issue I'll wait until they fill my maintence request. Gave them a list of other things to be fixed, it's been about 2 weeks since I gave them the list and nothing had been done yet. Air conditioning went out Saturday mid day, ok I'll call emergency maintenance..... no reply until the next morning so I had to pack my cats and all my stuff to stay with family that lives 2 hours away to stay somewhere else. It was 96 degrees in my apartment that day/night. Stressed my cats out so bad. Had to go to the vet to get meds to help them. Then Sunday, finally a maintenance man put 2 air conditioners in. One is the master and one in the guest bedroom. They said front desk will call me Monday morning for an update. Called front desk at 430pm to tell them I never got a call and want an update. She said she would call back with one. It's now 6pm and they closed for today and still no update. My living room is hot as hell and my family is confined to the master bedroom. I pay almost 2k in rent a month for a place like this? Hopefully they see this comment and address my concerns sooner from now on. Fobs for the apartment don't work properly. Had to get them fixed twice now. I am a pretty easy going person and have lived in apartments for 10 plus years and have never experienced anything like this. I actually gave my last apartment complex 5 stars because of how well they communicated and how fast they took care of things. I would think twice before signing a lease here.

It's overpriced. But you get a lot of space and updated appliances. Yes, some things you can see are pretty cheap but it sorta looks nice.
There are the obvious pros of safety in the neighborhood, quiet, very family friendly, convenience, and it looks nice.
But the cons are what's driving me to make the review. There are a lot of large dogs that usually wouldn't be accepted by a normal complex. But owners take advantage of the lack of surveillance in the back of the complex. You walk along the sidewalk or by the grassy areas across from the lot it's nothing but massive clumps of feces that could either be from a large dog or human.
Parking is very limited because there are reserved parking throughout the complex. Everyone has reserved parking which makes it difficult for regular people to park While more people move in, more cars come with them. What sense does it make to have 24 apartments, some with 2 cars and you may have 12 parking spots and 4 are reserved and handicap? Now people have to park along the street, in front of other buildings, and those people are usually ones with babies or elderly.
A lot of cars that take up space and don't move. You can see they might have expired tags or flat tires and you'll never see them leave the spot. One car doesn't even have a license plate! And yet it's sitting in front of the building.
And like many places it looks nice but you have many addicts that become zombies in the parking lot or by the park where kids play.
You hear every step your upstairs neighbors make, including the intimate ones.
Employees are nice at move in but won't even look at you afterwards. You're just a sale to them. You can tell they don't care for us.

Not worth the money. Very poor management team who regularly abused their power. Also very UNCLEAN place, do me a favor, you check them out at night during your tour. You will see them. ?Disgusted.

Great apartment complex! Lauren & Amber in the office go above and beyond to help you out when you need something. Excellent maintenance team, as well. Eric, Chuck, and Xavier are quick and very reliable. I love it here.

I moved here a few months ago and everything has been wonderful. The two times I have needed maintenance, they have either come or brought a contractor within 24 hours and completely resolved the issue. The office staff, Amber & Lauren, always go out of their way to say hello and I enjoy catching up with Amber in passing. She makes you feel as if you are more than just a tenant here. We recently did not have heat, and I called the on-call number, frantically. Eric, the service manager, came here before the office even opened and resolved the heating issue and had Xavier follow up within another hour. My last rental experience was not positive, so I am so thankful to be able to share this and have a wonderful community to call home.

I live at the Mainstreet, Lansdale campus and due to using a wheelchair was unable to get out of my apartment with all the snow that hit this week. The maintenance team and leasing office team made sure my walk way was clear before noon on Tuesday. They even checked on me later in the day to make sure I was ok getting out. At every snow storm they are on the ball, but this one I most appreciate their help and support in clearing my place. Thanks again!??

It was dawn today when I wake up & I noticed that my basin water wasn't passing properly. In addition my fire alarm was beeping every 5-6 minutes interval. I was in a rush because I have to go to my work at 7 am. I put a maintenance request . When I call my wife from work place it was 12.20 pm & I heard that Mainstreet maintenance team fixed all the problem. I just immensely impressed.
