This is the most expensive and extortionist vet we have ever been to. It cost $400 this morning to have them treat an ear infection during a 10 minute visit.
In addition, the prices for heart worm medicine are double the online pharmacies like 1800petmeds, but the vet refuses to approve them, I guess in retaliation for this review, or they’re running a racket to force you to buy overpriced medicine in the office?
Finally, in response to the vets response, all of the “services rendered” I’ve found to be astronomically more than other vets. This dog had an ear infection before, and instead of giving us drops they insisted on the foam and insisted on 3 or 4 “follow up” appointments where it was, surprise, not solved and we were charged over $100 each time. For an ear infection. No “extra services” then.

My husband and I were so happy taking our Mia for her wellness check up. The doctor and assistant were amazing and so kind. Their prices are very good. I check around for what I needed and they were the most reasonable. ?❤️

We were having trouble with our dogs until we went to Animal Crackers. Our 9 year-old boxer, Thunder, was experiencing so many issues that our last vet didn't seem to care too much about. It was causing us to lose money for no progress and they had no concern for him. A month ago, Thunder had passed away in his sleep. After we suffered through that, we decided we cannot let our 3 year-old boxer, Milo, ever go there again. If they didn't do anything for one dog, why would they do it for another? We were looking for good and not too expensive vets in the area and we came across Animal Crackers. We called on a Monday to make an appointment and were able to get in Wednesday. We walked in and were greeted immediately and went back for a visit in just a few minutes. Milo is deaf and can be scared easily so I was a little worried about taking him somewhere new. I had never seen someone take care of a dog that efficiently and quickly other than Dr. Cowley. Milo had to have several people hold him and muzzle him while they cut his nails at the old vet, Dr. Cowley and the vet tech cut his nails like it was nothing to him. She even gave him a shot for his allergies and he didn't even notice. I am never going to another vet again. Dr. Cowley knows what she's doing and she was very easy to talk to. I'm so happy that Milo's reactions to allergies have been getting better and are now almost gone. So if you want someone who will do everything they can to help, go to Animal Crackers!

Best veterinary care for our rescue Rudy. Animal Crackers is a calm, loving vet office---where the doctor and the staff all share a "can-do" attitude. They are wonderful! Highly recommended!

Affordable and quality care for my 17 year old pup after he had a tooth abscess. He was back on the road in no time after a cleaning and extraction. Even at his age he was able to undergo anesthesia in their care, can’t recommend them enough!

They were awesome. They aren't my regular vet but i am thinking about making them just that. They were able to fit me in on Saturday and didn't charge me for an emergency visit and took excellent care of my kitten.

I brought my 17-18 jack russell mix there for a check-up and teeth cleaning after a bad experience with my other dog at another vet. We thought it would a good idea to have our dog's teeth cleaned to have him in less pain for the most likely short amount of time he had left. He consequently had some extractions as well. I was assured she had done teeth cleanings on older dogs with little issues. He recovered ok, but in retrospect it wasn't a good idea. At his aftercare visit 2 weeks later he had already had diarhea as well as my dog which she also treated. She kept him overnight and provided him fluids. She said she had no idea what was wrong with him and wanted to keep him another night. I said absolutely not and took home home. I was provided Flagyl and appetite stimulant. When I picked him up he smelled like profuse urine and his backside and feet were black. I was told to call the next day to report how he was doing. When home, he got extremely worse, not eating and not drinking. I called the next day with questions and recieved no good response. We decided the next day to end his suffering and used Lap of Love to help.him pass at home with us. I then called the tech at Animal Crackers to tell her he had passed which was left with dead silence. No call back saying I'm sorry for your loss or anything from the vet as well. Lap of Love couriers the ashes to the vet and I picked them up after a phone call from Animal Crackers today. I walked in to pick his ashes and was met yet again with dead silence. Not a I'm sorry or anything. Am I wrong to expect a little damn empathy after we just lost what we consider a member of our family? I understand he was 18, but we loved him and wanted the best for him. This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth. I especially don't trust the good reviews this vet has.

Love bringing my dog to Animal Crackers. Dr Crowley is very smart and attentive to all the issues and concerns I have with my dog. They also do a great job with boarding and will often send photo updates of my dog out playing so I know he’s having a fun time. It’s convenient they give him a bath before I bring him home too
