I came here to find out what was going on with my Santander debit card since it was 2 weeks late. I was assisted by an older woman named Mary. Everything was going well, and I had my new card expedited for “Saturday delivery”. Little did I know, this Santander branch deleted my current debit card and did not tell me whatsoever. I had to be without a Santander debit card for FIVE WHOLE DAYS until Monday. I have never heard in my life of bank debit cards getting deleted because a new one is on the way.. it just isn’t logical at all. For all this branch cares, I’ve had to postpone certain bills (mind you they did not have a bank account payment method) in order to accommodate this sudden change AND I could not purchase anything since I did not have my Santander debit card. Unbelievable, and I advise anyone from coming here. Just take a look at the other 1 star reviews about this branch. I highly advise switching banks at this point because this place is sketchy.

I don’t have an account at Santander bank and would highly not recommend to anyone opening an account at this bank. The customer service is terrible and everytime I come here to cash a check made out to me they like to say we don’t cash checks we recommend depositing it, I didn’t come here to deposit a check and want to cash it. The people at these banks are not people friendly and LIE about what they can and cannot do.

Been banking with this branch for 23 years. Always helpful and friendly. Any issues are always quickly resolved.

Not happy. A Bank is to be open, not to "inconvenience" it's customers. I feel like closing all 3 of my accounts and move them to my Credit Union. Other Bank companies are open - to assist it's customers. Banks are "essential" business. Banks can't be essential if they are closed and need to make appointments just to do regular business needs. Santander needs to decide to be open or not. It is an absolute inconvenience to schedule appointment times especially when they don't fall on the same day - you need the business. My Credit Union has been fully open ever since these tough times started and they have gone out their way for my business needs. Essential Business - not Santander. I have my Business account with Santander - Maybe I shouldn't. I feel that Santander cares more about itself and it's employees But not it's customers...

Santander bank is the absolute worst. They really don’t care about there business customers. I’ve never been mislead by a bank as badly as Santander. There employees have absolutely no problem flat out lying to there customers.

I have ALWAYS had a great experience with the local branch (Flowers Mill Rd) of this bank. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to ensure my experience is the best that it could be. They are very friendly, eager to please, and knowledgeable. They were extremely patient with me & my questions. I will always use this institution for my banking needs.

This bank bought the bank I had a mutual fund investment in. It took 3 employees over the course of an entire month to figure out how to get me my money. Showed up once, the woman had no idea what she was looking at so she scheduled an appointment for me the following week with the financial adviser. Twice this financial adviser no-showed with no explanation. Then once she finally showed 4 weeks after the initial fiasco began, her confusion was palpable. Not reassuring when money is involved. Turns out all she did was call the customer support number, hand me the phone, and said tell him what I wanted to do, all after the original support person I spoke to on the phone said I'd have to do this in a branch. Absolute nightmare, avoid at all costs.
