The friendly staff in the Downingtown branch and Cierra Chapman in customer relations. “Every time I go the tellers are friendly and helpful and have never had any problems with them. My only bone to pick with PNC though is I wish they'd open a branch closer to or in Levittown since I either have to go to this location or the one in Morrisville which are both about a 10-15 minute drive away (depending on traffic) from where I live.”
