I had previously purchased a used vehicle from Davis Acura, and it was a pleasurable experience, so we returned. Our salesperson, Tim, was very professional and courteous and treated us with the utmost respect. We purchased another vehicle, and the experience was once again pleasurable. There were no pressure tactics, and the paperwork was a smooth process. I would buy from this dealership again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

half star, that's what they get. i'm an acura owner since 2012, and i have bought and traded many cars in my lifetime - i have a TLX and was looking at another one for my teen daughter; I'm so disappointed in the slimeball sales tactics used at the used lot and never walked out of a place feeling the way that I did. Bait and Switch pricing - they lure you in with an on-line price but only for you to find out that you need to trade a car in to get that price, otherwise add $1600 to your price (for me they were going to honor that lower price, but left me feeling that they wanted me to think I was getting a deal and they were doing me a favor). No transparency in the payments - calculations on the internet would have made the payments around $270 with about 9.74% but they come back to me in the showroom with some scribbled numbers on a piece of paper and said the payment was going to be $319. I had to push back to find out why the payment was so inflated and he seemed annoyed that i questioned what interest rate i was being offered on the deal (he told me it was 10%); but the calculation still made no sense and there was no interest in printing out a full disclosure of the fees to justify the payment. Being uncertain of the offer on the table i said that i would feel more comfortable calling my bank to research my loan options and then all of a sudden, he said that i better do the deal now because they were going to prob send the car to wholesale the next day (now mind you, the car had been on the lot for months and i was there at 1:30 on labor day and they were closing at 3). He then tried to get me to leave a deposit and start the process/paperwork but wanted me to take the car home and said that if we got a better rate from the bank, we'd just do it with that. i didnt feel comfortable with that and decided we would just circle back in the morning after i confirmed rates on my own end. It was also implied before i left that the price we had agreed upon wouldnt necessarily apply if i brought my own financing. for the record, my bank was going to give me anywhere from 7-8% which equated to a payment under $250 and even the bank couldnt figure out how they would have come up with a $319 payment. The next morning i got a text which said the car had sold. after reading the numerous 1 star reviews about this dealer and the similar interactions other people had, i feel lucky i wasnt ripped off by them.

Great place to buy. I hate buying cars because of the hoops some places make you jump through and time involved. This place gave me numbers quickly and fairly. I will definitely buy from here again. Go see Glenn!! Fast, courteous and great to deal with.

Went to David Acura this past Wednesday looking for the exact vehicle they had showed case online. And once I arrived to the dealership, was astonished to see it nice and clean to be viewed. All the paperwork was quick and efficient. Not much real delay, only really from your side of the end. Tim, the worker dealing with me. Did a great job, kept checking up and letting us feel comfortable. Was my first financed car purchased and I can rate it a 9/10 experience with it all.

Davis Acura and Timothy were super accommodating and cooperative. We walked in with the intension of "checking out" our next car. Timothy made the entire deal smooth and "went to bat" for us to land us a sweet deal! This will be our first luxury vehicle, and have zero regrets!

Great service. My mom purchased a new vehicle, we worked with Tony. He was great, friendly, proactive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend going directly to him if possible. Even signing the papers was a breeze. We choose to come back a day or so later to actually complete the transaction our dealer "held" the vehicle. Going over features again for us. We love that with Acura all the vehicles are fully loaded but they aren't basic, there's so many surprised cool features to the car. Such a smooth ride. ?? Not sure if this was just a random thing but the plates took way longer than expected. Not an issue though.

Had a great experience with Angela, I got this 24 RDX w/ tech package around August 2nd, she was great through out the whole sales process and very communicative and was in and out within an hour after all paperwork.
Highly recommend any purchasing or leasing through Davis Acura and make sure to ask for Angela !

Angela was very nice, kind, and helpful. Definitely not the stereotypical car salesperson (pushy, over-selling, etc…). We have leased from her in the past and liked her so much we came back to release specifically from her. We dread car shopping and she made it 100% painless. Actually enjoyable. Negotiating seems fair, paperwork was almost all electronic, and signing went much more quickly than we expected. ??

Davis Acura definitely works to ensure you get what you came looking for! I just recently as of two weeks ago purchased a certified preowned RDX! My initial experience started off a little shaky but sales rep Tim E. came through in the clutch and restored my confidence, got a really good deal on a trade-in! Tim handed me off to finance manager Mario (great guy) that finalized the deal and I was on my way! When you visit Davis Acura be sure to ask for Tim! It's a great feeling to get the vehicle you really wanted!
