Went there to get slip ons for my husband. They were really picked over and didn't have his size and we were told by the sales team that we could order them and have them delivered to our home. When we went to the front, the cashier checked and said that pair could not be shipped and when we asked why? He didn't have an explanation. Very disappointed.

I made a small purchase of shoes and in the payment line, I had some older ladies making their payments in front of me, the lady on duty at the cashier took good care of them and assigned them some bags for their purchases... When I made my payment to She gave me the shoe box in my hands and I asked her for a bag for my shoe box, the lady changed her face and she awkwardly placed my shoe box in the bag and placed it on the table. The lady didn't like that I asked her for my bag for my pair of shoes. I don't think I'll ever buy that Skechers store in Lancaster again...

We visited Skechers outlet store in Pennsylvania on May 22nd. They are located in the Tanager outlet on Lincoln highway. Emily waited on us. She was efficient and helped us to get a great price . We appreciated her joyful spirit. We love this store and would visit again. We always get good deals here
