My son order food. For the 2nd time Sheetz sent the wrong item. My son order hot cheetos but the sent regular cheetos.

I would give this location 4 stars but lately they have been infuriating the last 3 times I've ordered a sub from this location and requested extra chicken on my sub and when I come to open it there is barley any chicken at all on it it's more of bread and cheese. If I'm paying extra for more chicken then put extra on it let alone a decent serving amount

Everything I go in this store and I get made to order food, milkshakes, ect it's always messed up.... I got 2 milkshakes today and my wife always gets the smaller ones and they always give her the bigger one... that's all she's allowed to have and then we get an "oh well" response... on top, the employees never have a smile on their face, and are always rude....gonna stop my business here...

This location has gone downhill. Restrooms are nasty, slushy machine is always broken, beverage area sticky,MTO poorly made and gas and go doesn't always work.

I was sick and stopped here for toast with my boyfriend. It’s 2 pieces of bread not toasted and drenched in butter. Toast should be the easiest thing to make and sheetz food once again disappointed us. We even went back inside and told the employees our bread was not toasted whatsoever…there was a guy and a girl working and they just starred at us and gave us nasty looks like we didn’t toast their bread?i know it’s kinda petty to complain about toast but I wouldn’t be writing this review if they had proper customer service and offered to fix the order but instead we got ZERO response or respect just dirty looks.that is the very last time we will be ordering any sheetz food. Wawa for the WINNN!!

Stood there for 21 mins for my burger combo an hot dogs an it was ALL ICE COLD!!!!!! VERY DISTURBING couldn't even eat the burger cause it was so cold!! No one wanted to remake my food. No toilet paper in bathrooms. Very disappointed in this place.

I've had to use Uber Eats several times this week to order from this Sheetz and no lie, every single order was missing MULTIPLE items. I got my money back from Uber but I'd rather have had the things that I ordered. Please pay attention to the online orders you get!!
