I didn't like the way some of the meat looked. Some of the items were priced fair but unlike bigger chain grocery stores, the variety wasn't as many 2 choice from the brands they offered. I was in the area so I just checked it out..but that's the only grocery store 4 people in the town n area!

I had a great time of shopping, but the one thing that I see the need of improvement is the cashier. I walked up to the cashier, he was on his phone with earbuds in. For all of the time he ring me out, he never said a word to me. He never even offer me a bag. I believe he needs some training in customer service.

Prices aren't as good ever since the new ownership took over. Have come across a few rude interactions with cashiers, especially with Yvette. A lot has negatively changed ever since the new ownership, unfortunately. I've shopped here for 7+ years.

I would love to give this place a better rating, but I cannot do that so long as a specific employee is allowed to treat customers as horrendously as she does. I don't know her name; she is older, works most days, long straight black hair, darker skin (either black or Hispanic), with a habitually sour look on her face. Every time I come into this store while she is working, I am glared at as though she despises me when I have done nothing but try to be pleasant and respectful to this wretched woman. When I reach the register, she can't even muster a "hi" to greet the customer who essentially *pays her salary* by shopping there. So, while I directly benefit her life, she thinks it is appropriate to treat me like absolute garbage. It is not the customers fault that she is miserable, and we do not deserve to be treated as though we are nothing but a nuisance when we are the ones providing her with work and an income (not to mention the ability for you, the owner to stay in business). I don't know if this is personal or she treats all customers this way, and frankly it does not matter. What I know is customers do NOT deserve to be treated this way by someone we are actively supporting by shopping there and she needs to understand that it is NOT the other way around. And the fact that this has been allowed to go on for so long shows me that the owner either doesn't know and needs to pay better attention, or doesn't care, which is abysmal and just bad business. If this situation is fixed, I will gladly amend my rating, if not, I will not only leave this rating as is, but I will go out of my way to shop there as little as possible and you will be loosing a long-term customer who has been shopping there since 2009, but I absolutely refuse to continue putting up with her disgusting attitude, her hateful looks and her unprofessional behaviour. And NO, I will not be clicking on the link you will provide as a way of pawning off my complaint. It is not confidential and I do not need to give my personal information for you to take this seriously.
