Over the years I have dealt with many stores but never had I had such GREAT service from their Manager Elaine Kermes She was kind ,patient and work with me to get my problem solved After I hung the phone up I said I will never buy any other luggage Just samsoniteI hope Samsonite know what a valuable Employee they have in Elaine My husband would do anything to have Employees like her I hope you know she would be a keeper

Went to the store on a Thursday afternoon 6/16 at 3:15. Found the store closed with a sign on the door saying store would reopen at 4:30 its 4:45 still waiting for the store to re-open. Not very good business practice!

Elaine was so helpful, very knowledgeable and courteous! Love this store, lots of different options. Large variety. Can't say enough, how helpful!Wanted to edit after receiving my repaired bag back: The turnaround time was less than 2 weeks. Repair was done same day as they received it. Shipping time was few days to get there and few days to get back. So very happy with this whole experience!! If it wasn't for Elaine, I wouldn't have even known this was possible. She took the time to help me out with all options. Thank you so very much!

Angelica, the associate that helped me purchase my luggage, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and honest with choosing the right product for my needs and in my budget. She really lives up to her name and was an absolute delight to speak with.

Posted store hours are 9AM-9PM; pulled up to the store at 6:45pm to a sign on the door saying they’re closed for the day with two associates standing behind the register. I knocked at the door and they signaled that they’ll be with me in a bit. Waited for 15 mins outside before they walked to the back room and never answered to my knocks. No phone number on the store site for me to contact before making a trip down here to purchase a suitcase.
