This pharmacy will tell you 15 more minutes for literally an entire day. I waited 2+ hours after having a script sent today before even attempting because I know how slow they are and it STILL took an additional hour/hour and a half.

Rude! They called me and gave me attitude about my delivery instructions saying to “ leave behind screen door if no answer.” They said their drivers cannot do that ( even though they have multiple times. ) I do not always hear my door with my kids. The tone and the rudeness is uncalled for more than anything.

WHY is it so hard for customer service reps to be cordial to customers, nowadays? I went to the Rite Aid drive-thru, to pick up my prescription. I waited at the window for about 9 minutes and no one came to help me. I decided to blow the horn and even after that all the customer service reps in the pharmacy decided that they were going to ignore me. So I parked and got out my car and went inside. When I got to the pharmacy desk I asked the pharmacy clerk if the drive-thru window was closed. She said no and I politely informed her that I was at the window and I even blew my horn and no one came to assist me. She said," well we're very busy." She did not apologize or offer any explanation other than they were too busy. I found this to be rude and inconsiderate. I left the CVS for this very same reason and now I have to deal with it at the Rite Aid too! It's frustrating!

I have been visiting the Rite Aid on Columbia Avenue in Lancaster, Pa for many years. The store is well located, provides plenty of parking and has a convenient drive up window. It is also very clean and well stocked with items I need. I particularly like the Pharmacists and Assistants that work here. I have gotten all my Covid shots at this location and will continue to use their pharmacy. I highly recommend this store.

Pharmacy tech, Mary, was rude to me and my 86 year old neighbor. The others were nice.

Went for drive thru Covid and Flu test. After no results for 5 days I contacted Quest who confirmed a specimen was never received at their lab. Quest called Rite Aid and I was told the specimen would be sent. Concerned about the time lapse, I phoned Rite Aid myself and was told they had a record of my appointment but no record of what happened to the swab afterward. They offered to do a second swab which, by now, would be useless. I later found out that my specimen was discovered in the trash at Rite Aid. Needless to say, I will never trust this store with my healthcare needs again.

Covid test I thought I was getting ended up being found in the trash at the store. Very unsatisfactory experience. Was offered a repeat test, but what good is that six days later? I know mistakes happen but when you're dealing with public health, measures should be in place to keep this from happening.

Let me tell you something when it comes to this Riteaid I am so grateful for Lindsey I just dealt with I went through the drive-through to pick up my son's medication and and there was a billing issue with my insurance previously so I had them fix it and when I asked her to re run it through the insurance to make the price cheaper because they fixed the problem she was just the sweetest nicest lady and how she handled the situation I don't know if she was the pharmacist or a technician but I couldn't tell the difference because of her professionalism I have no problem continuing and making sure my prescriptions are filled here and I do my shopping at this ritaid. Give that lady Lindsey a raise or something she had a smile the whole time and was so kind in listening to what I was saying and then checking on what I ask thank you so much for her making my night easier when you have sick kids it's stressful enough thanks once again for making my night go just a little smooth.

Very unfriendly staff that act like you are bothering them when inquiring about something , both at front check out and pharmacy. Poor customer service, bottom line.

Place is always clean and neat you do have to wait most of the time to get checked out as the associates are always working away from the register area and not aware customers are waiting.

Every time I come here it gets worse. The most recent time the short lady working the drive through had such a thick accent I could not understand her AT ALL. I felt bad but seriously, you cannot find anyone that speaks fluent English to work the drive through?My next awful experience here was when I had to unfortunately get the morning after pill. I greeted the middle aged woman at the counter, she looked at me, looked at what I was buying, rolled her eyes and proceeded to ignore me. She would not even tell me the total I owed! Like seriously why would you work at here if you're going to judge someone for getting medicine.The next time there was carts almost blocking off the exit to the drive through to pull around the back alley, and when I asked the lady working if I could drive through after I got my scripts at the window she was mad that I asked, rolled her eyes, and said "uh yeah???" So I did, and proceeded to get STUCK because there was a truck unloading merchandise. And then I couldn't back up because the carts were there. just awful. I hate coming here.
