Me and my wife just got married a week ago or so and we went in just to look around because we are looking for a good mattress. We helped by Michael, but honestly he went above and beyond just helping. Michael gave us a quick education on good mattresses answered any and all questions that we had, and then he went on to show us a few models, and then he was able to get us a great deal on a mattress that we just couldn’t turn up. Me and my wife are super grateful for Michael in helping us out and bringing his expertise, and excellent customer service. Thank you so much Mattress firm for hiring down to earth guys like Michael.
Customer service in the store is good but the corporate numbers and warranty is absolutely horrendous, it’s been three weeks since I’ve tried to have someone call me about a warranty issue.

We Did not have ours delivered we picked it up Ourselves we were called when mattress was ready for pick up upon arrival. Person at that time was very courteous and helpful with loading onto our truck overall, very pleased. This is our second Purchase In the last several years.
