I would love to give a BIG shout out to Molly and the company for going above and beyond to make sure we are happy and got what we deserved. Highly recommend her/them and will be going back next year and the year after. I am picky and hard to please but again, I am truly grateful for her and the company with the support they showed and have for us.

We have been a customer for 30 years. Always had an appointment on the same day every year. Last anointment I informed my preparer that I was starting a LLC. No problem we would set up an appointment in the summer to make sure that everything was prepared for the upcoming year. Sent them several emails to schedule an appointment for the LLC and no reply. After no response I made several phone calls and no reply. Finally got the rudest person to answer the phone who wanted to be the gate keeper and tell me that they don't do LLC's. I wanted to speak with my preparer because we had spoken about it earlier in the year. I was put into the voicemail of my preparer and finally she sent me an email that they did not do LLC's anymore and all my previously scheduled appointments had been cancelled. After what I had thought was a 30-year relationship and after I had given many referrals this was one of the most unprofessional ways I have ever been treated. WOULD NOT reccomend!

Mangold's has been my tax service for more than a decade. Several friends have chosen and remained with them during that time, as well. Outstanding attention to detail, extremely knowledgeable, and will know or find the answer to all of your tax questions. Shout out to Kim E for exceptional service!

Very helpful and engaged in our tax meeting. They will try to iron out the oversights of the big national tax service I used last year. We didn't have an appointment until yesterday, but we were able to grab one for today when another person cancelled. We had to wait a bit after our time, as we were towards the end of the day & things backed up a little. Very optimistic that I will be using them moving forward & feel confident that they will do what they are able to to get my family the best return

Holly Glatfelter is both professional and personal. She has been doing our taxes for years and they schedule your taxes appointments ahead for 2 years which is convenient. We love Mangolds

5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH...Jason Karr was proffessional, friendly and efficient. 2022 was my 40th tax return, I've been to multiple preparers and Jason at Mangolds was by far the best possible tax preparation experience ever. I would give 10 STARS!

Don't do your taxes here they don't answer the phone nor do they care for you here. I was on hold for a half hour just to get my taxes faxed to my college I start Mon and they had no sense of urgency they took my payment over the phone and it took a whole day just for someone to do what should take a matter of minutes my experience here will never happen again I recommend going somewhere else the ladies on the phone were also very rude took a manager to have this taken care of for me.

Am so happy that this tax service was recommended to me. I live in York so this is not super convenient for me but definitely worth the drive. I have used them for 2019 and 2020 taxes and could not be happier with their service. They explain everything thoroughly, ask if have any questions and provided a very quick turnaround. The additional plus is that I am paying over $200 less with Mangolds than I had been paying for years with Jackson Hewitt. Check them out!!!

Taxes done with no contact. Had appt. set from last yr. Dropped off my info, Kim H. called at my appt. time. Quick n easy! Picked up n signed my papers within hrs of appt. All without getting out of my car.Very well organized!!!
