My husband needed a new printer/copier/scanner for his law office and Doug provided top notch service. He responded promptly to my inquiry and provided us with two choices, either of which would have met our needs. With his help, we made a choice and within days he had installed the new machine. It is terrific! Doug is very knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, and very responsive. Highly recommend!!!

I left a message at Knight's Copier Sales & Service and Doug called back the same day, (Responsive). We scheduled service for our Kyocera copier/printer within a couple of days, (Timely). He was on time, and methodically checked all the mechanics of the machine. It was a minor issue which was readily corrected, (Thorough). He cleaned and serviced the machine, and we are happy that all our color MFP is working nicely, (Satisfied Customers). Thank you, Doug!

Doug at Knight's Copier is really great to work with. He's always done a really good job with getting us set up properly with the printers for our office--Not to mention, an excellent job servicing them as well! Would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking to support local businesses.
