The associate that had heart glasses 2 days ago was the nicest person ever and reassured me about a dress that I was unsure about! They really eased my worries and helped me choose between 2 dresses. 10/10 employee!

Didn't have a great first shopping experience here. I ordered online and I got an email it was shipped 1/11. It said I would receive an email when it was ready to be picked up. Come 1/24 I still had not heard anything so I tried calling the store. I called atleast 10 times in two days and they never answered. I eventually called the main customer service line and they said it has been at the store for awhile now, they were not happy the store had not been in touch and she said she would be contacting the manager. I went to pick up my item on 1/26 and it has on the item "contacted 1/20"- which was a lie.

I will begin by saying my experience here was not the most pleasant. The employees did not greet me or try to help me as I entered the store, which I find highly unprofessional because I who have retail experience know that the first thing I was taught is always to greet customers and make sure we’re on top of our sales. Never let any conversion walk in or out of the store without a purchase being made to increase our sale prices; with all of this being said, I find it very unprofessional that these ladies here and other employees did not bother to make any engagement with me whatsoever. I felt very uncomfortable while I browse the store. All they did was look at me but did not even offer to help me. Unlike other customers that would walk into the store after me, they were quick to welcome them and ask them if they needed anything, which was very, again, unprofessional unpleasant. I would not bother to shop here again, primarily if they worked under these management types. I would highly recommend that this small business be retrained again and make sure that their staff is well equipped and learn how to be professional whether it’s busy or not and learn how to be more outgoing with customers.

It's such a great company to work for if your looking for a job to start out in. Management is absolutely fantastic and will work with you! I absolutely love shopping there as a regular customer, I've always loved looking at the jewelry. They have some pretty good deals

I will never order from here again. I placed my order almost a month ago. Still haven’t gotten it. They told me the warehouse lost my order and then when I called to check in on it again they told me all items I wanted were out of stock. Extremely frustrated. I wouldn’t order from them if I were you

Oh my gosh, I can't believe I've never come here before. The sales girls helping us were so, so nice and helpful, they have beautiful items, and great prices! I found my new favorite store!

I came here to pick out my bridal shower outfit after panicking through a couple stores. I dont remember the associates name but she was so helpful and found me something I absolutely loved and helped my cousin and I get in and out in a timely manner. Will definitely shop here again!
