Great shoe store. There doing there thing taking care of the people and the community. If you look at the other shoe stores in the mal there all dying stores. This one is growing: the manager bobby is all about his money and growing the busines. He told me once money in the register is like a cup a coffee and donuts to start a day. Pure bliss. What a great man Bobby was. He even helped fit my son for some retro 13s

Brother Bobby is so helpful and kind. I chopped it up with bobby about the latest jordans. He told me the benefit of air max and he also satisfied all my needs by my experience with him. I like bobby alot so I will be back.

Bailey at JD was amazing!! All of the workers actually were so helpful and so nice ! Bailey hooked me up with the dunks I’ve been looking for! she went out her way and found them in the back ! She need a raise for real !

They open at 11 on Sunday. I called in to the store while waiting outside the window and the guy said the system was down and he didn’t know when they were opening the store. The manager walked by customers outside didn’t speak or say it’d be a moment b4 opening. No acknowledgement. But the shoes, clothes etc are all nice and great prices. Just not to friendly in the morning I guess.

Customer service was terrible. walked in to 5 employees with maybe 2 customers in the store and employees all busy on their phones without a care in the world about the customers. Definitely won't be back. Even had 1 employee no more than 2 feet away from us that didn't acknowledge us to see if we needed help.
