This place is absolute garbage. First-one of their employees gives me a storage unit on a Sunday that I had to pay for beforehand obviously, when he wasn’t supposed to apparently. Then, when I asked for a refund he told me he wasn’t able to and had to wait for the manager. He said he was going to call the manager and get back to me and then never did. I had to call back multiple times before he answered again to give me an answer so I knew if I could leave or not. Then when I called the next day, again, it took a bunch of times til someone answered. The front desk attendant was incredibly rude, short, cursed at me and was of absolutely no help whatsoever. When I said I could t get through to the manager he basically said I was “**** out of luck”. Then, the past 2 months, when I’ve called to make payments they haven’t answered. Then I had to pay a late fee because when I kept calling and no one answered, when someone finally DID they told me I was late. Don’t rent from here. They’re pricey, dirty, rude, incompetent and inconsiderate.
