I paid for a unit online and never got a gate access code and there is no way to contact them except through email

Horrible access. Ever few weeks I have to get a new key card at the nearby hotel or business to enter the gate. They use key cards which are made for hotel rooms not outdoor gate access. There’s no one to call after hours. If you need in your storage at night or on weekends you’re basically out of luck.
