I had an electric bike chained to a light post outside my storage unit. Without me knowing they ended up cutting my chain and storing my ebike in their own unit for me. However because they didn't know who the bike belong to they were not able to contact me to inform me of them removing it. Me thinking I just got robbed i immediately called the police And then the storage unit whom encoded m encouraged i call and cancel the police call i made until they investigate further. Not even 24 hours later they called me to inform me it was in their unit. I wasn't allowed to have it where I put it and I was relieved. They are the best !!!! Highly recommend i even referred my friend.

Easy to reserve a unit online- prefer climate controlled due to photographs and music instruments. Easy to pay via automatic payments. Units are clean.
