The reviews mentioned here about this Clark’s location at the Tanger outlets in Lancaster are from at least a year ago. Looks like the staff and customer service has changed and gotten worse over time. We were greeted as we entered and on going deal was announced to us as part of Black Friday. We started perusing the store for our shoe sizes and choices. As per the sales associates, they had run out of the store inventory during the Black Friday sales and did not have much left by Sunday. No other help or offers were made. But when any white customers walked in , they would fawn over them, offer to bring them selections from the shelves or from the stockroom.Every colored person or immigrant was ignored or treated very suspiciously. I was there observing this for over an hour. Finally when we were being rung out, the sales associates ( Will and Judy???) were very rude , no courtesy or apology offered because the sales did not ring out correctly. They blamed the register/ computer system for the discrepancy in sales prices. I regretted shopping here and giving them my business. Never again!!!

Kind of disappointing with selection. The store doesn't carry anything in wide width.

A little overpriced. 2 for 99 for some of those shoes is really not worth it. It was no "outlet ".
