This facility has absolutely zero respect for professional drivers. They treat us less like a vidal part of their business and more like cattle on their way to the slaughter house. I will never accept work that would cold come out of such a place and ironically everything written on their code of humanity as they word it, is a complete lie as my experience was no where near what they advertise as far as treatment of others. Night shift employee was disrespectful and rude. I hold the company responsible as their employee are a direct representation of them………

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE!!!Мужики, не едьте сюда никогда за любые деньги!!!!As a truck driver, I arrived precisely at my scheduled time of 3 PM, expecting a timely loading process. Instead, I ended up waiting until 8 PM without any sign of being loaded. To make matters worse, there were five empty trucks inside just sitting idle and seven more waiting outside. This shows a complete lack of respect for drivers' time and schedules. Beware of this place - it's an absolute nightmare for any truck driver. The level of disregard is astonishing. Avoid at all costs.

Pretty amazing, actually...in an hour and 17 minutes... I had an 8:30AM appointment, arrived about 7:40AM. Checked in at the Lot A guardshack, proceeded to the scale, checked in with the scale operator, got backed in a dock about a half a mile away, checked in with receiving, was unloaded, swept the trailer, checked out at receiving, and checked out at the scalehouse. I didn't have any other trucks in line that I had to wait for (apparently they just finished a backup of unloads). So this was a 'best case'...but still, pretty amazing for all that messing around in 77 minutes total. I believe I interacted with 6 different people, and all were friendly and helpful. Thanks!

I write both negative and positive reviews!Well done guys this time!My appointment was at 14.00, I arrived earlier (it just so happened), and already checked in at 20.15 the day before loading. Fully loaded at 01.00 ?They saved me one day!Guys and woman at check-in, thank you very much!!??

Amazing place, my driver had an appointment for 5:30pm but arrived way early at 8am and still got unloaded in under an hour. Advice for drivers out there, sometimes the way you treat people affects the service you receive...

I was here on 3/19/2024 everyone was very nice to me my appointment was at 930 PM I got in around 8. The reviews were very misleading because everyone was respectful and one of the guys even gave me a hand and we talked the whole time. Some of you drivers need to take a look in the mirror. If you have manners and show respect to others it goes along way put your ego to the side. The place probably gets backed up due to you having to secure in the bay and tarp and if you don’t have a conestoga you have to tarp.
